We loved everything about Kasayapi, especially the wonderful owners, Noom and her sister. You will not find a more wonderful place to stay in Bangkok. It is truly an oasis in the centre of the city. (The MRT stop is 2 minutes walk and you are only one stop away from The Grand Palace, 3 stops away from Chinatown) Once the gates close behind you, you are in a lush, quiet garden. The rooms are delightful, full of gorgeous little touches, and a huge comfortable bed. Breakfast is a delicious homely affair. Noom will do anything and everything to make your stay the best it can be. She is so friendly and helpful, a real pleasure to stay with.

So... where to start? There are a few places that we are lucky enough to experience on our travels, and which will forever remain places so perfect that we still think of them decades later during painful moments, and search our memories for something comforting where we'd rather be... Noom and her sister's little hotel is one of these. Yes, the place is beautiful, restful, elegant, on a human scale (and the breakfast is excellent). Yes, the pool isn't Olympic-sized, but it's more than adequate, and the surrounding plants are adorable. Yes, the rooms are comfortable, the bedding impeccable and the small accessories numerous and tasteful. Yes, the neighborhood is perfect; not touristy, yet with magnificent temples within a ten-minute walk (and with the added bonus of two small markets: one in the morning and one in the evening). Yes, the hotel is well located in this area, 100 m from the metro, 7/11, small restaurants, massage parlors not far away and a secure entrance. But the real plus is the hostess, Noom, genuinely dedicated, like a 5-star VIP concierge service with a soul!

This small hotel is the perfect hideout in the busy metropolis of Bangkok. Just steps away from the metro station and a lively local market, one enters a gate behind which a secret garden unfolds, that is casually surrounded by few hotel rooms and a breakfast pavillion. The well-designed architecture gives an interesting interpretation of the modern vernacular style of the traditional shophouses that one can find in the surrounding low rise neighborhood. Within this urban village, the hotel creates its own little aesthetically pleasing world, into which you are welcomed by the wonderful hotel owner, who is your host and helpful neighbor. The greenery, water features and birds make the stress of the city disappear. The local breakfast is modest, hounest and tasty and offers a nice introduction to traditional tastes. It adds to the whole experience, that offers authenticity as another form of luxury. One should keep this in mind when considering the price in respect to the three stars and the location. We were traveling for work and found in Kasayapi a perfect alternative for larger four star pretend-design hotels in the city. Starting the day at the other side of the river actually goves an interesting perspective, while at the same time the metro offers a fast connection to the centre - where we had appointments.

We've been in Kasayapi in the end of last month, biginning of March, it was such a great experience, the hotel has a great athmosphere, it was the family property of the actual owners, Noom and Kan Xuto. We can feel the love that they put in everything, the food, the decoration of the rooms, all diferent themes of the beautys of Thailand. Everyday, they exeed the expectations giving all the information that you need to have the best stay in Bangkok, as well as the guide that Noom manage to show us the city, Naam, was great, very professional and funny, we loved the day! Thank you for this wonderful stay, we hope to come back one day!

Stayed at Kasayapi hotel for the weekend while in Bangkok to watch a concert and couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay The location is excellent, right next to an MRT station and next door to a market, 7-11, plenty of shops and restaurants. Also very easy to pick up a taxi from here. The beauty of the hotel is that despite being next to such a busy road, you truly feel like you are in a quiet and private area with how the space has been designed. Beautifully decorated and landscaped, you feel relaxed and at peace as soon as you walk in. Rooms are great with very comfy beds too. As a host, Noom is perfect, offering great advice, help and an incredible breakfast - she really makes you feel like you're at home. I am already looking forward to returning to Kasayapi next time I am in Bangkok and highly recommend this hotel to everyone else.

The Kasayapi Hotel is a haven of peace in the middle of Bangkok, very well connected by the Metro. The owner Noom is a lovely person who will make you feel at home and will give you good advice on what to visit, where to eat and where to do the best shopping in Bangkok. The rooms are spacious and quiet, they are very clean and the mattress is very good to rest and sleep peacefully. You can't miss their breakfasts, both continental and Thai. An experience that I will repeat for sure 100%. Highly recommended!

This is the second time we have stayed at Kasayapi, the first was just before lockdowns. We love it. Noom and her sister are so welcoming and the breakfasts are amazing - sourced locally and presented with care. A lot of love has gone into the hotel with beautiful detail inside and out and the huge beds are very comfy. The pool is great after a day in Bangkok, the place is really simple to get to on the MRT (underground) - literally a few feet away from one of the station exits - and Noom can recommend sights, activities, food markets, bars and more. If you want a more personal experience in a big city, this is the place.

You wouldn’t expect this beautiful oasis behind the wooden door of this busy city :) The room was super clean, nicely decorated with a lot of meaning. The pool in the garden was just another refreshing surprise! Noom was an expectional host. She served delicious authentic Thai breakfast and was always very attentive to everything. She even bought a second baby chair as she was aware there will be two babies at the same time. Also, she gave us a lot of cool Tipps on what to do during our stay. If we come back to Bangkok, then definitely to this secret place :)
