How would you feel about the cleanliness when you are welcomed with these many cockroaches on your fridge..
After 20 mins of continuous efforts someone answered the call on reception and after three calls and 30 mins someone showed up to check what's wrong and to clean this mess up !
1. Do not expect any kind of Service
2. Do not expect kindness from the staff (they talk as if you're staying there on charity)
3. I had 4 pieces of luggage so again while check out tried calling bell service but to no avail coz No One here answers the call so that they don't have to serve at all.
4. Expect 24/7 renovation going on
5. Almost All the amenities are chargeable

Would not recommend. The hotel is under renovation and they made noise in the morning. The room is not really clean and the lights were flashing all day. The card for the elevator didn’t work so I had to take the stairs every time (and there was no lighting for the stairs)

Old building still under renovation,,, you will have renovated room but in same time it will be like living in under construction building.. many places are not finished in the hotel… they just want to run the hotel in same time of renovations

The main hotel is very busy and happening area in Bangkok, Nana , all around Arab, Indian food and many Russian too
old hotel but still ok in good condition, not too bad
i think for short stay is good and location is best for who coming for joy and fun

The hotel was undergoing renovations so there was construction stuff everywhere. Checking out was slower than checking in but the room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable and they have Netflix in the rooms which was a nice touch. Close to all the Middle Eastern food in Bangkok which is great.

Great location near Nana BTS and Arab/Indian restaurants.
The hotel is messy due to the ongoing renovations.
