so terrible we book online and pay at the hotel but when we arrive at the hotel staff already gave our room to other guests. so don't have a room for stay and not responsibility for everything . we need to find new room at 8 pm. so terrible hotel.

The owner makes up for what the room lacks. Unbelievably friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth staying at if you're planning on staying close to the airport.

호텔은 외각 깊숙히 있어 이동에 불편히 있지만,가격대비 만족스러운 호텔.
침구에서 담배 냄새인지,아니면 세제 냄새인지 모르겠지만, 냄새가 좀 강함.
방음이 안됨.

แย่มากที่สุดในชีวิตที่เคยเจอ โรงแรมน่ากลัว มืดมาก ไฟแทบไม่เปิด ไปเช็คอิน ไม่มีพนักงานต้อนรับ ยืนรอสักพัก มีคนใส่ชุดนอนย้วยๆ เปิดประตูมาถามว่ามาพักหรอ สีหน้า น้ำเสียง ไม่ดี พูดห้วนๆ ไม่ต้อนรับ เราบอกว่าจองมาค่ะ เขาก็ขอดูบุคกิ้ง เราก็ยื่นโทรศัพท์ให้ดู แล้วเพื่อนเราพูดกันว่า น่ากลัวมาก ไปพักที่อื่นกันไหม แล้วเขาเหมือนจะได้ยิน อยู่ดีๆก็พูดสวนขึ้นมาด้วยน้ำเสียงไม่พอใจว่า ยกเลิกได้เลยค่ะ แล้วเดินเข้าห้องพักไป แล้วเปิดประตูออกมาบอกว่า ยกเลิกให้แล้วนะ ไปทำเรื่องขอเงินคืนเองนะ แล้วปิดประตูใส่ ทั้งๆที่ทางเรายังไม่ได้ตัดสินใจว่าจะยกเลิกเลย เจอแบบนี้เสียความรู้สึกสุด ใครจะเข้ามาพักก็คิดดีๆนะคะ บริการยอดแย่
