Furama Silom Hotel

I am a regular guest at the Furama Hotel in Silom and I usually appreciate the quality of your services as well as your warm welcome. During my last stay (from November 10 to 13, 2025, booking number ******************, hotel confirmation number ******************), I once again requested a room on a lower floor, as I usually do. However, this time I had a very bad experience with room 716, which turned out to be a real nightmare. The room was not clean: the walls were dirty and the paint was peeling, the sofa was very stained, and the glasses and cups provided for coffee or drinks were not very clean. The bedside table in the middle does not even fit between the two beds, as if it were too big for the available space. There was no chair in the room. The air conditioning had broken blades and was noisy. To make matters worse, the neighbors in the adjoining room 715 were extremely noisy. I wanted to share this very disappointing experience, as it does not reflect the quality I have always known from your establishment. I hope you will take the necessary steps to improve the maintenance and comfort of this room so that this does not happen again in the future. Photos attached.

The location is strategic, breakfast is great. The hygiene is moderate and you get what you pay for. But there are two things I wish the hotel could improve, one is the torn towel and one is the frosted glass of the bathroom. The almost transparent bathroom is not quite suitable for families, there's no privacy at all see the photo 😅

The hotel is a good location near Malls like Central World, Siam Malls(paragon, square, center) like 15mins-20mins ride. They also have big space.

My Hotel Review I booked a Superior Room, but when I requested a higher floor, the staff handled it very professionally. Since there were no superior rooms available on higher floors, they upgraded me to a Deluxe Room — which was a really nice gesture! 😲👏 Overall, the service was satisfying, and the staff were friendly and responsive throughout my stay. The room itself was comfortable, quiet, and had good facilities. However, the bathroom cleanliness really disappointed me — I actually saw cockroaches inside 😵😵💫. The hidden balcony area also looked poorly maintained (you can see it in my photo). Aside from that, the hotel offered a pleasant stay with a good location, smooth check-in and check-out, and great service attitude. Good sized room. Had a late checkin time (late evening) and all of the king sized beds had gone. Big rooms, and comfortable bed. Bathroom needs updating. Staff were friendly.

Excellent location with great food, bars, markets, massage etc nearby. Rooms are clean and gigantic! Rooftop pool is lovely and gets a great sunset
