All good except being accused by a staff in the morning breakfast session on the checkout. While I was using tissus to wrap and absorb the grease of the crispy bacons at the dinning table, a lady staff come forwarded to warn me, mum, we not allow to take away the food! .. I immediately explained to her what I intended to do but the mood was already ruined. It's totally fine to throw a warning if I am bringing out something from the cafe but that time I was still seating and have no signs to leave.
though she apologised but it seems quite non sense to come across this kind of accusation in a so called starred hotel.

The best hotel I've tried in Bangkok. The room is incredibly spacious and clean. The layout and view was great. Many malls are within walkable distance. Free buggy ride to Siam Paragon. Staffs are all super polite and friendly. Especially the flow lounge pool bar, Cocktails there are very tasty.

Good service very helpful and kind staff. The location of the hotel is great just close to Siam Paragon mall. All in all had a good stay, I would highly recommend this hotel for family trip.

The facilites of this hotel is brand new. The staff are helpful and nice. Compared with Kempinski hotel, there is a bit far away from the main plazas.

New hotel with frequent budgy rides to and fro Siam Paragon. We requested our rooms to be on the same level, and the hotel staff wowed us with all rooms on a high floor. Good breakfast spread with a choice to dine-in either on the ground level or by the poolside. We were provided with complimentary minibars and snacks. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Despite having checked in and paid for a room, I encountered several issues that have left me extremely disappointed.
Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was substandard. I found the hygiene conditions to be below what is acceptable for a hospitality establishment of your caliber. This is a serious concern for me as a guest.
Moreover, upon returning to the hotel after being out for several hours, I was shocked to find that my room still had not been prepared. Despite having completed the check-in process earlier, the delay in providing me with a room was unacceptable and exceeded the promised check-in time.

First time staying in this hotel, located in the prime area of siam. Good that the hotel provides buggy to and fro of siam paragon. But need sometime to wait sometime as there are limited seats for many waiting guest. If there are street food nearby, makes a difference..
Overall I love the vibe and ambience of hotel and it’s very modern and clean, staff are very helpful and friendly. Love the hotel buffet with a good spread of food.
