Nice room, got upgraded for free. The hotel is good quality, however not as new as other 5 star hotels in the area but much more affordable. It's also not very busy, swimming pool is nice as well as cocktails served there. Breakfast is medium level, not impressive not underwhelming. Staff is polite and not inquisitive. 4/5 overall

Hotel provides limited amenties, however it was overall a pleasant stay. My family and I had a good sleep.

Room was very clean and big. Very near central embassy. Walking distance. Great amenities.

Stayed in their Roselle Room for 3 nights. Huge room with walk-in closet, big bathroom, sitting room and 2 huge double beds. Although some of their wooden fixtures/furniture are a bit dated but the entire place is cleaned up nicely. Breakfast is quite standard - western dishes the same throughout our stay but the asian selection changes daily. The hotel should consider giving fresh fruit juices for their breakfast instead of mixture of concentrated juices. Their SPA is permanently closed. The porters in this hotel are superb and friendly - very helpful with arranging transportation. Location is really good - just across from Central Embassy shopping centre and a few metres away from the BTS Phloen Chit station. 7-Eleven also nearby across the overhead skybridge. Would definitely return for another stay in future.

The overall experience during my stay is great. it's very convenient that just need 3-min walk to Central Embassy and 5-min walk to BTS. The staff are friendly and helpful, esp the staff station at entrance were sincere, always advised detailed transportation guides of our travels. The hotel room is so spacious and clean with nice city view. However the sanitary items are limited. The breakfast should be improved. The food offerings of breakfast are ok but the quality is not up to hotels' standard.

I like the front desk with tea ,coffee and snacks provided. I also thanked to the front desk staff who is efficient to help us to transfer our luggage from double bed room into 2 bedroom suite on the next day. Our room was very nice and comfortable with delicious breakfast everyday. I shall choose this hotel for the next time for the transportation is also convenience too.

The room was big, spacious and comfortable. Very near to shopping areas with eateries too. BTS is just a mere 5 mins walk. Will definitely be back to stay for business trips too.

Rooms are big. Bed is comfy. Staff are helpful. Location is good. Bathroom does not have conditioner and body lotion.

room is clean and tidy. near Cental World and MBK. Will send you a cake if your birthday during the stay. Recommended
