The parking lot is large and easy to find. The breakfast was fairly plentiful, but the attitude of one of the staff members was a bit off-putting. My husband asked for hot water, and while most restaurants should provide boiled water, this staff member, without even looking at us, simply said no. We asked where, and she said there was some in the lobby. My husband then took the cup to the first floor (the restaurant is on the third floor), where the front desk staff said they didn't have any, but the restaurant on the third floor did. My husband immediately became agitated; this kind of pass-the-blame service is rare in a star-rated hotel like this. Eventually, the front desk staff boiled some water for my husband, resolving the issue. (You might ask, ”Why didn't you boil water in the room?” Well, we were checking out immediately, and we had just finished the water in the room, so we didn't want to ask the staff for more, thinking it would be easier to get some from the restaurant. Unexpectedly, it caused us a lot of frustration.)

Stayed at the Qinglai Imaging Art Hotel with friends, and the overall experience totally exceeded our expectations! It even came with a Tencent Video membership, so streaming shows on the projector at night was incredibly relaxing. The location is super convenient for getting around, whether you're shopping or on a short trip. The rooms offer a fantastic view, and the windows are quite large. The facilities are comprehensive, including Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a gym (though you need a card to enter). Cleanliness is also good; the tables are spotless, and the towels and bath towels are soft and reassuring. The service is incredibly attentive; the receptionist is super patient and always has a smile on her face – so comforting!

Overall, it's pretty good. The environment is clean and hygienic. The soundproofing is decent, but it gets a bit noisy during the day because there's an elementary school across the street. The recess noise is quite disruptive and affects rest. The front desk service was quite satisfactory.

The bed is big, the room is spacious, and there is iced water, which is perfect for washing clothes and exercising. The layout is reasonable. The hotel is in a quiet location. There is Wanda across the street. It is not far to the city center for dinner. We drove for more than ten minutes.
