This hotel is at the best location with shopping area and food stores right downstairs. It was a birthday trip and the hotel was so nice to arrange free upgrade to the suite room for us and arranged special room setting plus a birthday cake which we are very pleased. Really appreciated all the arrangements. Staff Elena was very kind to handle our check-out with good attitude and very attentive. Enjoyed the stay and will come back again.

The whole family traveled more and more. I chose to choose the resort hotel villa. The park is very large for walking the baby. In the recent weather, I can sit on the terrace of the villa in the afternoon to bask in the sun. The room facilities are a bit old. I heard that they have not been renovated but they are clean and affordable. Good environment, family travel, family live together, will choose next time!

This is an absolute gem. First, the location is incredibly convenient, with restaurants, shopping malls, and supermarkets all nearby. The hotel is very new and well-equipped, including a washer-dryer and induction cooktop in the room. It's a great place to stay for a few days and relax. I'd definitely stay again.

A satisfying stay at Holiday Inn. The room was clean and we got to witness the view of Zhuhai. The receptionist Ken was friendly and attentive. The housekeeper was also nice and attention to details. Buffet Breakfast was high quality and exceptional. The luxury toiletries offering elegant scent which remain my favourite.

We booked this hotel with breakfast having arrived in Zhuhai late. Unfortunately, it was not easy to find as the location is dark in some alleyway. Did not see any restaurants or convenient stores nearby except for an adjacent KTV and fit out shops. Reception was friendly and we appreciated the room upgrade. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was decent.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay here. The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from various attractions in Zhuhai. Dining and shopping options nearby are also incredibly convenient. The lobby is elegantly decorated and has a grand feel. Staff member Nini greeted us with a warm smile, and the check-in process was remarkably quick. They were also very accommodating to all our requests. The room was much more spacious and brighter than I had imagined, with floor-to-ceiling windows letting in abundant natural light. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right firmness, allowing even a light sleeper like me to get a peaceful night's rest. The bathroom's wet/dry separation design was a thoughtful touch, and it was fully stocked with toiletries; hot water was quick and consistent. A special mention goes to the excellent soundproofing – I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms at all. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a great variety of both Chinese and Western dishes. Ingredients were fresh, and the freshly prepared omelets and noodles were particularly delicious. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, proactively asking if we needed any assistance. The hotel also features a well-equipped gym and a laundry room, both of which are very well-maintained. What impressed me most was on check-out day; the front desk staff thoughtfully inquired about our stay and bid us farewell, which created a truly welcoming, 'like family' atmosphere. Overall, this hotel is truly faultless in terms of both its facilities and the quality of service. The pricing is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to the city, and I'll wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends and family. A big thank you to all the hotel staff for their warm hospitality, which made my trip so enjoyable and comfortable.

The breakfast was plentiful and varied, the facilities were excellent, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. It's conveniently located very close to attractions like Yuanming New Park and also not far from the border crossing. With plenty of dining options directly opposite, it's truly ideal for family trips.
