Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel boasts new facilities, a clean environment, and an excellent overall experience. The decor is subtly luxurious and stylish, public areas are high-end and elegant, and guest rooms are spacious. Equipped with smart devices, premium appliances, and exquisite furniture, the comfort level is top-notch. The hygiene standards are exceptionally high; from the lobby entrance to the guest rooms, everything is spotless with no overlooked corners. The bedding is soft and clean, the bathroom is well-separated (wet/dry zones) and free of odors, and the toiletries are of good quality. The gym equipment is brand new, and the kids' play area is clean and safe. Everything is well-maintained, and attention to detail truly reflects quality. Highly recommend!

This stay was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel's cleanliness and facilities! The hotel boasts a chic, light luxury design, with spacious and bright interiors throughout. The guest rooms are brand new and fully equipped with high-end features like zero-pressure mattresses, high-definition TVs, and electric curtains, all providing a top-notch experience. The hygiene is impeccable – from the lobby to the hallways and into the room itself, every corner shines. The floors gleam, the glass is spotless, furniture is fingerprint-free, and the bathroom has no mold or strange odors. The bedding is pristine white, making for a truly reassuring stay.

As a family with two kids, we were thoroughly impressed by the family-friendly services at this hotel! They provided two bed rails, ensuring both children slept safely, and even prepared two sets of children's toiletries and slippers, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was very spacious, allowing us to easily maneuver a stroller, and there was dedicated storage space to keep the kids' toys and clothes neatly organized. The hotel's kids' club is supervised by staff, so we felt completely at ease leaving our children there. This gave us parents some free time to hit the gym or enjoy a drink at the garden bar. It's truly perfect for families with two children!

The room was excellent and very new, so it had a slight scent, but that didn't detract from its overall quality. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-15 minute walk from Gongbei Port. It features a spacious living room and three bedrooms, perfect for a family trip. The penguin theme was a big hit with the kids. The front desk staff were always smiling and very approachable. The housekeeping aunties were meticulous and proactive with cleaning, always ready to help with any request. My dad even left some valuables behind, and they were all honestly returned – truly commendable integrity! We'd definitely come back if needed and will recommend it to friends!

Giving this a five-star review! First off, for the price, the room truly offers great value for money. We booked a suite, and it was very spacious with new facilities and all the necessary amenities. There are two downsides: 1. The delivery robot bringing takeout to the room can take a bit longer, so you might need to wait a while. 2. There was an issue with the room's power supply; it would randomly shut off and then restart a few seconds later. Engineering said it was due to insufficient power, which wasn't a good experience. However, overall, it's still five stars. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

Traveling with kids, this hotel's family-friendly amenities really blew me away! They have a dedicated kids' play area where my child had an absolute blast, giving us parents some much-needed relaxation. The room facilities were incredibly thoughtful, with kid-sized slippers and toiletries, plus they provided bed rails, which gave us great peace of mind. There's also a gym, so parents can squeeze in a workout. And the in-room fridge was perfect for storing milk and snacks for the little one. The attention to detail for families with children is outstanding – highly recommend for anyone traveling with kids!
