"This is a hidden gem we discovered during our travels. Firstly, the location is right across from a food street and close to popular check-in spots, making shopping and dining very convenient. Secondly, the lobby is spacious and bright, the rooms are neat and clean, and the sheets and quilts show signs of being ironed. The bed is very large, and the room has separate wet and dry areas. A small table and chairs are also convenient for takeout, making it an ideal choice for travel. Finally, the service is impeccable. The owner and the front desk ladies are attentive, considerate, and professional. Check-in was also very fast and patient. All requests were met promptly. The service is simply amazing! It's truly amazing that they can be so good even in peak season."

In the old village of Altai Hemu, there is such a wooden house. The scattered wooden houses seem to grow out of the earth. Step into it, the smell of wood lingering nose tip. The furnishings are simple and warm, and every detail reveals ingenuity. Pushing the window, the fresh air came, and what I could see was a beautiful picture of mountains and rivers. Here, listen to the song of the birds, bathe in the warm sunshine, let the tired mind get the ultimate rest.
"This location is very good, not far from Qiaotou Station. No need to change the car. The room environment is the same as the picture. It rained the first day. The next day, you can see the morning mist. The beautiful lady service is particularly good. I also give a travel guide. The efficiency is also very high. GGuest UserService: The service is full, and the homestay will call to confirm whether you need to pick up people before check-in. After check-in, the housekeeper added and sent a lot of room instructions, precautions, and nearby food recommendations. In the middle of the night, the stars were locked outside the door, and the little brother also climbed up and opened the door for us. On the day of check out, the little brother helped us take the luggage and kept watching our car at the door. I felt that the store was operating the homestay with heart.
Facilities: The mattress is Jin Keer, it is very comfortable to sleep for one night, and the heating in the room is very comfortable and not too hot. The decoration in the room is also carefully designed, and the proprietress herself also runs an art gallery. The TV in the room can be screened. The only problem is that two people are not enough hot water for bathing. The mountain is full of water heaters. After washing a pot of water, you have to wait for a while to boil water. The bath time must be particularly fast.
Environment: The homestay is on the edge of the Hemu River. The scenery should be very good in summer. The snow is too thick in winter. The windows are blocked by the snow wall. There is no good view, so there is no need to spend a big price to book a view room in winter. The snow is very laborious, and there is no place to store it after shoveling. The cats and dogs in the hotel are very close relatives, and they are allowed to take the kind of casually. The kitten is called beer. The temper is really good.
Breakfast: The breakfast we had was just the turn of the day, and one person was not enough to add for free. Western and Chinese breakfasts are every other day. Steamed pumpkins are delicious

Service: Warm and incredibly attentive. Our dedicated attendant patiently guided us through all the important details both before and after check-in. They even thoughtfully delivered warm milk before bedtime. For breakfast, we enjoyed table service where staff brought individual portions of delicious items like wontons, siomai, steamed buns, corn, and eggs after we were seated.
Ambiance: After our upgrade, the room was wonderfully quiet and boasted fantastic views. In the early morning, the mist outside our window created a truly enchanting, fairyland-like scene.

The B&B is located in the old village of Hemu, which is quiet in the bustling city and has super convenient transportation! As soon as I entered the door, I was amazed by the characteristic cabin, which instantly cured the fatigue of the journey. The room design combines aesthetics and practicality. The Nordic-style cabin is refreshing, especially the bay window has become our favorite corner for taking photos and checking in!
🛏️ **Accommodation experience**
The bedding is so soft and skin-friendly that it makes people fall asleep in seconds, which is completely comparable to a five-star hotel! The room is spotlessly clean, and there is no pressure to walk on the floor barefoot. The facilities are even more considerate: smart toilet, projector, brand toiletries, and even humidifier! The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and condiments, allowing us to successfully unlock happiness~
👨👩👧 **Butler service**
The butler's service must be praised! From the patient answers during booking, to the ”Nearby Travel Guide” sent in advance, to the welcome fruits/handmade snacks/handwritten cards prepared when checking in, the whole process was as warm as family. Even late-night inquiries were answered in seconds, and they also took the initiative to recommend niche attractions and authentic restaurants that only locals know about, completely subverting the traditional accommodation experience!

TTalismannThe last time I came to Kanas was 18 years ago. Back then, I felt that accommodation was expensive (1880/night for a standard room) and difficult (the feeling of a 2/3-star hotel in a county town in the 1990s). So this time I visited again, I still carefully selected and found this newly opened store to try.
Let me get straight to the point:
1) Location
It is next to the Kanas Lake Observation Deck, which is not particularly easy to find. When the Amap navigation shows that you are almost there, pay attention to the fork on the left side of the main road - there is a small road, and you can see the main entrance of the villa when you drive up.
2) Environment
There is nothing much to say, it is surrounded by mountains and lakes, and there are no other buildings around, which is a perfect place to escape from the world. However, because of this, it may not be convenient if you don’t drive or charter a car. The villa seems to have its own car. I feel that if I talk to the staff, it shouldn’t be a problem to pick you up and take you to the old village?
3) Room
I booked a duplex king-size bed room, and when I arrived at the store, I was surprised to be upgraded to the top-level suite. There is a separate entrance hall, bedroom, and living room, all with floor heating. In the -20 degree snow and ice, it is really comfortable to put on pajamas and make a cup of tea, and watch the snowflakes flying outside the window.
4) Bathroom
This deserves a separate mention. The basic facilities of the bathroom are very good, with an electric toilet, a separate bathtub, and a separate heater, and the configuration specifications are quite high. However, the flushing force of the toilet is a bit strong... If the lid is not closed, the water splashes; and the lack of a towel rack is a bit inconvenient. The bathtub is a highlight, and you can take a bath while watching the snow peaks outside the window.
5) Supporting facilities
Because the place is relatively remote, it has its own restaurant. The area is not large, but the chef's skills are still good. And the price seems to be better than the old village (I didn't compare it carefully, after all, I only ate two meals in the old village). During the stay, some locals came here from the old village to eat, which seems to be very reliable. The biggest highlight is that there is a small pavilion facing the Kanas River, and you can overlook Kanas Lake and the fish viewing platform. In summer, it should be a great place for stargazing
6) Service
Very warm and responsive. But I don't like to bother others, so I didn't have a deep experience. According to my standards, I am willing to give it a full score
Summary:
A very new boutique hotel (I personally feel that this hardware configuration and staff configuration should be more than just a homestay), some small details need to be improved (especially guiding guests to check in, you can see from my description that I didn't find the right way once). But if you ask me, next time I come to Kanas, I already know where to stay... Looking forward to the reunion in summer!

ZZhuyeAfter staying for two days, the overall feeling is average. The soundproofing of the room is not good. The sound of the toilet flushing is very loud. If you are a light sleeper, it is recommended to wear earmuffs. For food in the B&B, don't order hard dishes (a big plate of chicken actually has three chicken feet, taste it carefully), just eat noodles, anyone who orders anything else will be upset. You can go to the restaurant behind the supermarket for food, I forgot what it is called.

The homestays in the village look similar, so I compared many homes online. There are many cheaper ones, but they all have various bad reviews. I accidentally found this one and booked it for one night with a try-it attitude. The room was carefully decorated, very delicate, very clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable to sleep on, and you can see the snow-capped mountains outside through the window. The smart toilet, towels and bath towels are all disposable, and the toilet mat is thoughtfully prepared, which is great. We walked around the scenic area and came back and found that a nut plate and hot tea were delivered, and goodnight milk was delivered to the baby. It was really great 👍, and there was also an exquisite breakfast. The boss was very nice, the waiter was very enthusiastic, and almost responded to every request. It was great and highly recommended. The photos in the house were deleted by mistake...

XXiaomengxiaomengjunThis was the best room I stayed in during my trip to Altay. I think it was worth it. Compared to other hotels that cost over 1,000 yuan, the price/performance ratio was very good. The quality details were very good. The hot water was quick and the bedding was comfortable. There were horses passing by outside the window. I can't imagine how beautiful this room would be in the snow in winter. I have reported some minor issues to the owner and sincerely hope that it will get better and better.
