Bringing your furry friend to Xitang and choosing Pet Island Hotel was absolutely the right decision! This is truly the pinnacle of pet-friendly service; the attentive service throughout the entire trip was incredibly touching. Before check-in, the butler confirmed your pet's information in advance, and upon arrival, they called out their name. The room was already furnished with a pet bed, toys, and a welcome card – attention to detail was paramount. All guest rooms were made of non-slip, stain-resistant materials, and wet areas were washable, so there was no need to worry about getting them dirty; the cleanliness was superb. The public areas have a heated pet pool, grooming area, and enclosed lawn, where your pet had a blast. The breakfast was plentiful, including fresh pet food, which your little one devoured. Xitang Ancient Town is just a short walk away, making it perfect for both pet walking and sightseeing. The staff were all incredibly loving, patient, and enthusiastic with our pets. There were no extra charges throughout the trip, and both of us had a very relaxing stay. Next time I'm in Xitang, I'll definitely stay at Pet Island Hotel again! A fantastic staycation experience. The facilities were impeccable, both in terms of amenities and service. The gym, while compact, was surprisingly well-equipped, and even during peak hours, it wasn't overly crowded, making for a pleasant workout. Overall cleanliness was excellent. I noticed a slight stain on a pillow which was promptly replaced. Later, I accidentally spilled a blueberry drink late at night, and the staff were incredibly responsive in cleaning it up – a major plus! The surroundings were breathtaking, brimming with exquisite design. The central courtyard's pond and pavilion exuded a beautiful traditional Chinese aesthetic. The service was enthusiastic yet discreet, striking the perfect balance throughout our stay. I would definitely love to visit again!

The room was quite spacious, and the courtyard was particularly pleasant. There was a tea table under the bamboo grove, providing a place to socialize with friends I met along the way. However, it could get a bit chilly outdoors in winter. The bed was soft, and the bedding was of good quality. The toiletries were all disposable and clean. The service was excellent; luggage and a tour guide were provided. The receptionist's guitar playing was a nice touch. There was a small bar right in front of the accommodation, creating a great atmosphere. I looked forward to meeting fellow travelers each night, sharing stories, and singing together.

Very good and considerate service. The leader of resort hotels in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. Rangju's room is larger than Liangrang, but I prefer Liangrang in terms of overall hardware and external environment. The water pressure of the shower in the room is very low, and it is not comfortable to take a shower. I have mentioned it. I hope it will be repaired soon. The shared restaurant and fitness area, the elderly and children had a lot of fun eating and playing. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's toiletries set is very comfortable. I bought a large size set to take home.

This hotel is really great when you come to Xitang! The hotel is right inside the Xitang scenic area, which is very convenient. Compared with other hotels in the scenic area, the price is much more affordable and the cost performance is super high! The hotel is in Chinese garden style, with antique decoration, small bridges and flowing water, courtyard corridors, and it looks very Jiangnan. The room is very clean, spacious, comfortable bedding, and new bathroom facilities. It is very quiet to sleep at night and will not be disturbed at all. And the staff service is very good, whether it is checking in or asking questions, they are very patient and enthusiastic, and they can help solve the problem immediately if there is a need. It is really a good choice to come to Xitang to play. Recommended!

The overall ambiance was fantastic. The lobby was very comfortable and well-equipped, offering convenient amenities like vending machines. The room itself was spacious and didn't have any odd smells. The staff mentioned that everything was newly renovated, which definitely showed. The location was excellent, providing good natural light. It also offered great value for money. The front desk service was outstanding, particularly for its efficiency. I would definitely stay here again.
