A very unique and beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious with 24-hour underfloor heating (the temperature is adjustable, so you can adjust it to your comfort). The bathroom is also spacious with a separate wet and dry area (though it doesn't have underfloor heating, which is a minor drawback). The view from the rooms is the most beautiful part; you can take amazing photos just by sitting outside the room, far more beautiful than strolling through Barkhor Street. The traditional kitchen on the first floor also greatly exceeded my expectations. The food was exquisite, and the service was top-notch; it would be a popular restaurant even in a first-tier coastal city.

This Lhasa trip led me to an incredibly pleasant surprise: a hidden gem of a Tibetan-style hotel. It was a perfect, flawless experience! The moment I walked in, I was enveloped by a rich, authentic ******* atmosphere. Exquisite handcrafted ******* doors and windows, alongside handmade wool ******* rugs, complemented by the soothing aroma of ******* incense, created an elegant and solemn space brimming with ethnic beauty. The lobby was clean and refined, and every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine, offering a truly immersive experience of snowland ******* culture. The entire room was equipped with an oxygen concentrator, so there was absolutely no need to worry about altitude sickness upon arriving at the plateau, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, the bathroom was clean and odor-free, and the 24-hour hot water supply was stable and ample. A humidifier and comprehensive toiletries were all provided. This hotel perfectly blends traditional ******* elegance with modern, high-end comfort, balancing both aesthetics and practicality.

1. This is by far the best value, most comfortable, and tastiest hotel in Lhasa. I first stayed here during the Keriya Pass trip and was so impressed that I've returned every time since, and have even recommended it to friends. 2. The service is consistently excellent, the rooms are spacious, and they provide oxygen, humidifiers, and ample heating. The parking lot is also large. 3. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and genuinely delicious – it's got that authentic wok-hei flavor! It's far superior to many five-star hotels that offer variety but lack taste. They even provide convenient individual bread portions for takeaway. 4. I didn't have time to eat fruit at breakfast, so a lovely front desk attendant kindly packed a small box for me. So thoughtful! The fruit was sweet and fresh, and the quality was excellent. 5. Because of this Lhasa hotel, I now only consider staying at Pingcuo Kangsang hotels whenever I'm in Tibet. I truly recommend it!

This time we booked a room with a view. It was already night when we arrived at the inn. We could enjoy the night view of the Potala Palace by turning off the lights. We could also see the Potala Palace and the panoramic view of the surrounding area during the day. You can also take photos of the Sky Mirror on the rooftop (ignore the people and just look at the scenery). The handsome boss gave me delicious tea, and the fairy boss also gave me ******* incense. After watching the night view, I lit a ******* incense in the room. The faint fragrance is very suitable for use before going to bed. Come and stay! Definitely don't step into the trap 😄

The hotel's excellent location, just a 10-minute taxi ride from the high-speed rail station, and convenient transportation were commendable. The bedding was clean and comfortable, resulting in a good night's sleep. The bread and fruit at breakfast were fresh. However, there were areas for improvement: the room's air conditioning was only moderately effective, making it a bit stuffy in the summer; the bathroom ventilation system was somewhat outdated, producing considerable noise and a slight odor. Service was generally friendly, but the response time was a bit slow; it took 20 minutes for bottled water to arrive after requesting it. It is hoped that the hotel can quickly inspect the facilities and improve service efficiency; a more refined experience would make it a better choice. 2. Experience with Discrepancies: The hotel's core advantage is its value for money. The rooms are spacious enough for families, and the free luggage storage service is a thoughtful touch. However, the actual experience differed slightly from the promotional images. There were a few scratches on the walls, and some wear on the furniture edges. The soundproofing was only average; conversations from next door and footsteps in the hallway could be heard. The breakfast selection was limited, the taste was average, and there were no signature dishes. If you don't have high requirements for accommodation quality and are looking for convenience and affordability, this place is worth considering; however, if you value the details of the experience, we suggest you choose carefully.

I really loved the hotel's courtyard; its architecture has a very exotic feel. Sitting in the courtyard in the afternoon, leisurely sipping a pot of sweet tea, was incredibly relaxing. It's a rare oasis of peace and quiet amidst the bustling streets, perfect for unwinding. The rooftop cafe offers views of the Potala Palace, and guests can go up for free to visit and take photos. The hotel is conveniently located near the entrance of Barkhor Street. It's just a few minutes' walk to Liukai Fruit Store after a taxi ride. It was very convenient to explore Barkhor Street on foot every day. The ******* noodles for breakfast were delicious, and there was plenty of fruit. Afternoon tea also included a complimentary pot of sweet tea. The room came with a nasal oxygen concentrator, which was a thoughtful touch. My only minor complaint, personally, was that the room felt a bit small and the soundproofing wasn't great. Because of this, I didn't spend much time in the room other than sleeping, preferring to relax in the courtyard. Finally, a big thank you to Ms. Zhaxi Lam for her thoughtful and heartwarming service.

The hotel environment is excellent, and the front desk staff are all very enthusiastic. It exceeded my expectations to find such a great hotel at high altitude, and they even offer free oxygen. They also upgraded my room type. I highly recommend this hotel; it definitely meets Hilton's standards.

I forgot to take the charger when I left, and she was very enthusiastic to help me mail it out.
