Facilities: The oxygen concentrators are incredibly professional, all from Yuwell, which is a huge plus. Hygiene: Excellent. Ambiance: Beautiful Tibetan-style decor. We didn't even want to go out; just taking photos around the hotel was lovely. Service: Superb! Everyone was so friendly, soft-spoken, enthusiastic, and attentive. My whole family was very satisfied. My child even said that next time we come to Lhasa, we absolutely must stay at this hotel again.

An excellent experience! The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the front desk staff, Chenghuan and Caiyun, were incredibly attentive. The cleanliness was also impeccable.

1. This is by far the best value, most comfortable, and tastiest hotel in Lhasa. I first stayed here during the Keriya Pass trip and was so impressed that I've returned every time since, and have even recommended it to friends. 2. The service is consistently excellent, the rooms are spacious, and they provide oxygen, humidifiers, and ample heating. The parking lot is also large. 3. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and genuinely delicious – it's got that authentic wok-hei flavor! It's far superior to many five-star hotels that offer variety but lack taste. They even provide convenient individual bread portions for takeaway. 4. I didn't have time to eat fruit at breakfast, so a lovely front desk attendant kindly packed a small box for me. So thoughtful! The fruit was sweet and fresh, and the quality was excellent. 5. Because of this Lhasa hotel, I now only consider staying at Pingcuo Kangsang hotels whenever I'm in Tibet. I truly recommend it!

Staying at this hotel in Lhasa, I really want to recommend it to all my girlfriends! The location is absolutely amazing, super close to Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street, all within walking distance ✨. It used to be the old Nepalese Consulate, so it naturally has a 400-year historical vibe. The courtyard is perfect for taking photos in ******* outfits! They offer a free ******* outfit experience + 10 free travel photos, and you can even get a direct view of the Potala Palace from the third-floor terrace! The rooms come standard with an oxygen generator and humidifier. The little basket by the bed even has face masks and makeup remover wipes – a dream come true for anyone who loves attention to detail 🥹. Upon check-in, they present you with a Hada (a traditional ******* silk scarf) and serve sweet tea. You can also experience tsampa making for free, making the check-in experience absolutely fantastic!

The room was clean and hygienic, located right on Lhasa's pedestrian street, with a night market just outside. It's situated between the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple, both about a six to seven-minute walk away. Downstairs, there's a yak hotpot restaurant with the popular internet celebrity, Little Lamu, performing. They also have automatic robots that deliver takeout directly to your room. The hotel has a free parking lot on the -1 floor, which is very convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lhasa, it's reliable! [Strong][Strong][Strong]

The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view. This hotel was my first choice for my business trip to Lhasa. The location is excellent, and transportation is convenient. The hotel has disinfection services, and the smart robot delivers items. The front desk staff was very polite and friendly, and the service was exceptional. The room facilities were excellent, the bed was comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable, which put me at ease. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning and greeted me warmly, making me feel the warmth of a Hampton Inn. The breakfast was excellent, with delicious steamed buns and delicious ******* noodles, and fruit. There's also a self-service laundry room with a dryer. Highly recommended, absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend the breakfast.

The location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get around by public transport or on foot, and it's easy to pop back for a rest. That's why I extended my stay by two more days. The complimentary foot bath service is a great touch, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. What truly stands out is the free luggage storage for guests checking out for a few days – it's easy, safe, and a real lifesaver.

I checked into the hotel on March 28th. I had severe altitude sickness. I saw a reminder on the Ctrip backend that the hotel would start supplying oxygen at 8pm, so I had to buy a few oxygen cylinders myself. There was a problem with the humidifier in the room. The room attendant came in without saying hello, just filled the humidifier with water and left. There was no minimum courtesy or kind reminder to customers about the instructions. There was no training or assessment on weekdays. At 8 o'clock, there was still no oxygen, and my oxygen cylinder had been used up. I called the front desk and she told me that the oxygen supply would start at 8:30. At 8:30, I called her again and she said the technician had gone to open it. At 8:33, she called again and asked me to wait. I arrived directly at 8:37. I questioned the front desk, but they still didn't feel uneasy. I went to the VIP building of Tibet Hotel as a person with altitude sickness. Many other hotels provide oxygen all day long, but they didn't provide oxygen from 8:30 pm to 7 am the next day, which is very unfriendly. I didn't expect that they didn't provide it during the time period and there was no apology. I had a severe headache from altitude sickness and found the front desk to question them. High-quality service should open oxygen for customers in advance and care about their physical condition. This front desk was arrogant and had no sympathy for the customers. Altitude sickness is very dangerous. I accepted such a cold and ruthless service experience of the VIP building of Tibet Hotel when I was extremely uncomfortable. I will never come again! !

This stay was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel's location is fantastic, not too far from the Potala Palace, and the area is quiet, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. What really impressed me was the service. The front desk attendant was all smiles throughout, not only processing our check-in quickly but also recommending local specialty restaurants. The hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel. The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage. The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app. There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.
