MM56703****This is a Tang Dynasty-style guesthouse hidden deep in the village of Gulgou. It's about a 20-minute drive from Gulgou town. We arrived late at night in the dark, and the owner came down from the roadside to help us with our luggage.
The guesthouse is built into the mountainside, so there are steps leading up and down, which can be a bit tiring. However, the view is absolutely stunning. Opening the windows and doors, you can see the distant colorful forests and snow-capped mountains, completely unobstructed.
Every detail in the rooms is exquisite and refined. The carpets, stools, beds, washbasins, etc., were all carefully designed by the owner and handcrafted by artisans. They are truly unique and cannot be replicated.
In the evening, we warmed ourselves by burning firewood in the fireplace. Sitting around the coffee table on the carpet, drinking tea and wine, we weren't cold at all. We chatted for a long time, sharing our views on Tang Dynasty history and modern society. The owner was very knowledgeable, and we listened attentively.
At night, with the electric blankets on, we weren't cold either. The guesthouse is quiet, far from the hustle and bustle.
We slept in until we naturally woke up in the morning. Breakfast was simple: sweet potato porridge, eggs, shumai, pickled vegetables, etc. It wasn't fancy, but it felt very much like ordinary rural life.
We only stayed one day, but I must say, it's worth staying longer to experience a different way of life.

XXietingfengzhuThis stay was absolutely perfect, a definite five-star rating! The hotel's location is excellent, the room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and always happy to help. I especially want to praise the smart room control system – it's really high-tech, easy to use, and being able to control the curtains and air conditioning just by speaking was incredibly convenient. However, it would be even better if there were a few more lighting modes, such as a reading mode, a romantic mode, or a night light mode. This would enhance the ambiance and offer a more personalized experience. I look forward to visiting again and hope the hotel continues to improve!

HHaoranThis is the third time I have come to see the Snow Mountain B&B. The last time I came was in summer, and the Ergu Creek in winter was another scenery. Although it is a pity that there is no snow, the scenery of the snow-capped mountains is enough to be shocking.
This time I stayed in the largest sister room, the name should be taken from the sister peak of Siguniang Mountain. The room is clean and tidy, with its own floor heating, and it will not be cold in winter.
The housekeeper and his wife are still kind and cute, and they also saw the cute dog Hanamaki. For dinner, I ordered a Tibetan hot pot that I was thinking about. Sitting in the glass dome restaurant, while enjoying the steaming food, while looking at the distant mountains and the sky, it seems that people can forget all their troubles. Hope to come back next time in autumn red leaves season!

The hot spring water quality was excellent; both the private and public pools were spotless, and I felt completely refreshed after soaking. The service was warm and attentive, with staff always ready to help. It offered excellent value for money, was conveniently located, and was a perfect choice for relaxation. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserHad an amazing weekend road trip with friends to Lixiao Road, followed by a visit to Zhuisan Xingye. The overall experience was fantastic, definitely a five-star review! The hotel is nestled between two valleys. My room had a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window offering views of the forest and river, and the forest BBQ was incredibly therapeutic. The room facilities were new and well-equipped, with comfortable underfloor heating ensuring a great night's sleep. The Elf Valley campsite had an amazing vibe; the snowy mountain afternoon tea and coffee in the woods were perfect for photos. Strolling around or just relaxing and enjoying the breeze was incredibly calming. In the evening, we gathered around the bonfire for a chat, and the forest BBQ smelled delicious. It's conveniently located near Bipenggou, Lixiao Road, Da'erpu, and Hongshitan, making travel easy. The staff provided thoughtful and detailed service, and parking was convenient with two hotel car parks. It's a rare find in Western Sichuan, combining a hotel and camping experience. I've already recommended it to my friends.
