"We chose the family room for our trip to Bipenggou with our child, and the overall stay was very comfortable. The layout with one large and one small bed was practical, and the children's bed had cute, playful bedding that my little one absolutely loved. The room also had a private balcony with direct views of the continuous mountains; it was incredibly relaxing to just sit out there, feel the breeze, and admire the scenery.
The entire room was elegantly decorated and spotless, with wooden lattice partitions creating distinct areas. The cleanliness was meticulously maintained. The hotel lobby had a wonderful ambiance, featuring oil paintings of the snowy mountains of Western Sichuan. The public courtyard was lush with greenery and even had hot spring pools. Parking was convenient for those driving, and it wasn't far from the scenic area. The service was attentive, making it perfect for a mountain getaway with kids."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The service is warm and incredibly attentive, the rooms are spotless, and the mattress is super comfortable. There's even a cozy tea lounge to relax in. I particularly appreciated the bathroom's separate wet and dry areas. The hotel's surroundings are stunning; it boasts a small garden right at the entrance and another beautiful garden on the rooftop, perfect for taking photos. Plus, they have EV charging stations, which is a great bonus. I highly recommend it!"

"Upon early check-in, I found that my reserved mountain view room was located by the road. After speaking with the front desk, the hotel immediately offered a complimentary upgrade to a river view room, which was much quieter and offered a more scenic view. Both the in-room and external facilities were excellent, comfortable, and spotless. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. All the benefits promised on my booking were fully delivered. The hotel is currently undergoing a second phase of expansion, and I look forward to even more facilities and room options in the near future."

"Undoubtedly a beautiful hotel! The front desk, rooms, and dining were all decent, and the service was acceptable. However, I have to complain about the arrogant and rude reception staff and their bundled sales tactics. The room came with two complimentary self-drive tickets. When I went to purchase an additional child ticket for the same car, Ctrip showed it as 105. The reception immediately quoted 210 without much explanation. When I asked, they just rolled their eyes and said they couldn't verify it there! Only after checking into the hotel did I realize that the 210 included a child's breakfast and hot spring ticket. The problem is, my child was not feeling well and wouldn't be going to the hot springs or needing breakfast. She stayed in the room and didn't even enter the scenic area! Why wasn't this clearly explained when I inquired? Also, the hairdryer in the room was incredibly loud and barely blew any air!"

"This hotel is super close to Bipenggou Scenic Area, and it's set back about 100 meters from the road, making it very quiet. The hotel environment is lovely with views of the snow-capped mountains 🏔️. The service is excellent and breakfast is plentiful. The rooms are spacious with complete amenities and clean wooden floors. The laundry room on the second floor is very convenient. The owner is very friendly. Highly recommend a stay here."

"The hotel is quite new with rather smart facilities. The front desk staff are all young, good-looking, and very enthusiastic. The outdoor hot spring pools are right next to the Jinjiang River; soaking in the hot spring by the river under the starry night sky is an amazing experience. The breakfast is pretty decent, featuring simple fruits, salad, coffee, milk, soy milk, jam, toast, boiled eggs, fried rice, hot dishes, and a live noodle station. The in-room tea, drinking water, and other amenities are all good. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't serve regular stir-fried dishes for dinner—only hot pots—which makes the options a bit limited."

"I arrived at Bipenggou the night before my birthday. Since it was the off-season, the prices were good, so I chose one of the best hotels in the area, the Feili Hotel. To my surprise, it completely exceeded my expectations! It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and most importantly, I could charge my devices. Even the local BBQ shop owners know about this place. I was on the 4th floor, and opening the window revealed a stunning mountain view – just lying in bed and daydreaming was incredibly relaxing.
The hotel manager is beautiful and kind. The front desk lady was also lovely; she even gave me a small gift after finding out it was my birthday. After chatting with her for a bit, I got the feeling she might be an ISTP. ST types really are cool on the outside but warm on the inside – so adorable!
The hot springs were great too. Having them all to myself in the off-season was fantastic, and the water temperature was just right. I accidentally swallowed a mouthful, and it really was sweet! She wasn't kidding when she said it was mountain spring water.
All in all, this birthday felt a bit warmer thanks to Feili. I hope to see them again next time I visit Bipenggou."

Our stay here was nothing short of exceptional! The room was large, immaculate, and extremely comfortable, complementing the beautifully designed lobby. The owner was exceptionally hospitable and made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the ******* costume activity provided by the hotel, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Later in the evening, we relaxed in the outdoor hot spring, which was an incredibly soothing and wonderful experience. Dining at the hotel was another pleasant surprise. We had the mushroom hot pot for dinner, featuring impeccably fresh ingredients and a rich, delicious broth. The owner shared that ******* culture places a strong emphasis on food quality, often sourcing ingredients personally. Out of our entire six-day trip, this was undeniably the best and highest-quality meal we had. Breakfast was equally impressive, reflecting the hotel's careful attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Given the outstanding quality of both the stay and the dining, the pricing is incredibly reasonable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

NixonHighly recommend this hotel for your Dujiangyan trip! The room was spotless, and having a private hot spring tub was a huge plus. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and even upgraded our room for free. Breakfast was diverse and ordered à la carte in the evening. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay – felt just like home. Definitely recommend it!

First off, upon arrival, we received a lovely welcome gift. The room was exceptionally spacious and spotless.
My husband suffered from altitude sickness in the middle of the night and couldn't sleep. We contacted the concierge, and they immediately brought an oxygen tank – truly amazing service! ^_^
The complimentary photography session was also fantastic.
And the breakfast and dinner were delicious. Highly recommend!

The room is clean with no strange odors, and the facilities are complete. There's also a laundry room, and the underground parking is very convenient, complete with charging stations. The butler service is warm and attentive, and the food and accommodation quality are top-notch. It’s an absolutely fantastic place for a summer getaway and relaxation, highly recommended! The food is also great, especially the cold dishes—a must-try!

I arrived late that night, and most of the surrounding hotels were fully booked. This was a B&B, and the decor felt quite new. It had a smart home system throughout, with a smart toilet in the room, underfloor heating, and central heating. The hotel offered free parking, a children's play area, and a hot spring, though the hot spring closed around 10:30 PM. The front desk also provided complimentary fruit and self-service tea, as well as free disposable toiletries. The facilities are comparable to those of a mid-to-high-end chain hotel. Breakfast was available, and while the variety wasn't extensive, there were noodles, congee, buns, and dumplings – enough to fill you up. Overall, the service was excellent. The only minor drawback was the cleanliness; it wasn't quite up to par. The remote control holder was dusty, and there was dust on the tables. Improving the cleanliness would make it absolutely perfect.

Guest UserThe hotel is very close to Bipenggou Scenic Area, making transportation very convenient. It also has an underground parking lot. The owner was exceptionally warm and hospitable. Seeing that we had a large group, they specifically upgraded our room. The room was very clean, and breakfast was quite plentiful. The best part is that the owner thoughtfully asked if we had already had breakfast and if we wanted anything packed to go.

The room was clean and tidy, very spacious, with comfortable bedding and plenty of hot water. The owner was warm and attentive, and parking was easy. Guest UserBipenggou is absolutely stunning, truly living up to its nickname as the 'Little Switzerland of Western Sichuan.' We were lucky enough to even see snow-capped mountains at this time of year 🏔️ and even found a four-leaf clover by the roadside 🍀.
The hotel was also great. They saw we had a child with us and even gave us free breakfast vouchers, which was a lovely gesture. The service and cleanliness were both quite good 👍.

The highlight was definitely the toilet — the best I’ve seen in China, with a warm seat! Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. 👍

ManguoqihaidefengThe facilities are quite complete. The wooden cabins are surrounded by a riot of wildflowers and lush greenery in summer, so the natural setting is absolutely stunning. However, very few of the outdoor hot spring pools were open, and aside from the rooftop infinity pool, only a handful of indoor pools were available. So, the hot spring experience in summer was just so-so.
We stayed in a 'Flower Field Cabin,' which felt a bit damp, and a quick glance at the bathroom showed some mold... If you're a clean freak, it's best not to look too closely. But considering we're in the mountains, you can't really complain about these conditions.
The breakfast was quite rich, and we also had dinner at the hotel, which was pretty good.
