GGuest UserI absolutely, absolutely, absolutely loved it! My boyfriend's birthday even got us an upgraded room and a welcome gift! The proprietress is a super cool and cultured person. I've never had such a comfortable trip – truly satisfied with every single aspect! The staff and butler at the estate were all incredibly gentle and kind. At night, there was sweet soup in a thermos in our room, which I almost missed, haha! Luckily, I found it; it felt like a treasure hunt. The butter tea for breakfast was amazing. Whether it was the snacks or the cheese at breakfast, everything the proprietress bought was high-quality, Sam's Club-level stuff – super nice! She also has a dog that looks like a little lamb; it's so cute, I could just die, ahhh! But the absolute best was the yak hotpot with grilled meat for dinner; it was just incredibly good, seriously! One word: phenomenal! I will definitely be back! The rest of the photos are on my other phone, haha, I'll edit them and leave another review soon!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a very peaceful area with an excellent environment. The room has all the basic amenities, and the underfloor heating was very comfortable. The owners are a very welcoming family. The beef hotpot for dinner was delicious and great value for money, plus the service was very attentive. Breakfast in the morning was abundant and all served warm. All in all, a fantastic experience! Many thanks to the guesthouse owners for their hospitality. 🥰

GGuest UserI was incredibly lucky to get a room upgrade during the May Day holiday. You can really tell the owner is dedicated to creating a high-end hotel with a sophisticated, photogenic interior in this small county town. They were proactive in contacting us before check-in and offered concierge service. I even met a staff member who proudly told us that they change the hot spring water daily. It's clear a lot of thought went into the room design as well. While Gurgou is a small place I probably won't visit again, I truly hope the establishment thrives. It would be wonderful if more travelers visiting this area could enjoy not just comfort, but also a beautiful and enriching experience.

PPeteAMGreat location, new and clean facilities, and a super comfy bed with a heated blanket under the bed sheet so no more dry air from a heater. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight was definitely the toilet — the best I’ve seen in China, with a warm seat! Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. 👍

SSichuandiweishengThis is our second time staying here with the kids. It's really close to the Bipenggou Scenic Area, the hotel is comfortable, and on a cold day, soaking in the hot spring at the hotel is so relaxing. The restaurant food is also quite good. Definitely recommend!

GGuest UserIt's very close to Bipenggou, conveniently located right on the road to Lixiao. The rooms are spacious. Although there isn't a private balcony, there's a wide corridor which is quite convenient for smokers. The restaurant is also a major highlight; the food is delicious, though a bit on the expensive side. It's a perfectly good option for guests who prefer not to eat out.

GGuest UserEverything is excellent about this hotel..the location is not far from bipenggou scenic area…the staff is super friendly…they even let us to check out late for free as we need to perform out prayer first as a muslim..the hotel also provide free breakfast..the room is spacious and clean…we can see the snow capped mountain from our hotel room…with just RM100 per night, the hotel is definitely worth it 🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻

--zizicheng-This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel environment was clean and elegant, and the lobby was tidy and grand. The staff were friendly and responsive to requests, providing thoughtful service. The room was spacious with good lighting and ventilation. Facilities were complete and well-maintained, with stable air conditioning and hot water. The bedding was clean and odorless, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The surrounding area had excellent amenities, making shopping and getting taxis convenient. Overall, the value for money was great; I couldn't find any faults with the hygiene, service, or environment. It made my trip very comfortable, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

DDaiyanjingdexiakeGurgou in winter is absolutely stunning. The moment we approached the hotel and saw rows of wooden cabins, we were immediately captivated by the picturesque scenery. Ms. Meizi at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and efficiently handled our check-in. She also provided us with numerous thoughtful tips, which made us feel right at home. We immediately headed to experience the hotel's renowned hot spring service after settling in, and indeed, soaking in the hot spring in sub-zero weather was incredibly warming and delightful!

BBuxiangshangbanzenmepoIt's the off-season now, and I chose this hotel for my trip to Bipenggou, as the reviews looked quite good. I booked a twin room, which was originally on the first floor. The front desk lady very kindly upgraded us to a room upstairs, where we could see the snowy mountains in the back. In the evening, I wanted to do some laundry, and since it was too late, I asked the front desk lady to help us out. The service was really great, and the breakfast had a good variety and plenty to eat. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.
