GGuest UserIt's really a good deal to stay in this hotel during the off-season! My kids came from Shanghai after school on Friday, and we saw the most beautiful sunset in Nayuan. When you open the window in the room, you can see the super healing mountain view, which is very comfortable to look at with green all over. The room is very clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and there is nothing wrong with the details.
The bathtub is by the window, and it's super comfortable to take a bath and look at the mountain view! There are also a lot of things to do in the hotel, such as the infinity pool and the indoor constant temperature pool, and the children have a lot of fun. There is also a bamboo bonfire in the evening, and it's very atmospheric to sit around and chat, and sing karaoke to your heart's content. The hotel also has many activities arranged, so you won't feel bored even if you don't go hiking. There are also some animal friends, which the two kids like very much.
I had six meals in the Nayuan restaurant, and every dish was delicious. The meals are all self-produced fresh ingredients. I thought this configuration would be very expensive, but it turned out to be very cost-effective! This off-peak travel experience is great, there are few people and it's quiet, and I had a lot of fun. It's definitely worth coming again!

Mmx2016I absolutely loved this hotel! The lobby was luxuriously decorated, and the King Koil mattresses, as expected of high-end hotels, were incredibly soft, comfortable, and supportive, significantly improving my sleep quality. The room facilities were excellent, with convenient smart controls; the Tmall Genie made my hands-free. The refrigerator kept things cool, and the late-night noodles were a welcome comfort. The service was impeccable, and I had a wonderful time.
The breakfast was plentiful, and when I needed ice, the staff quickly provided it. They even brought water upon check-out. The hotel also offers car wash service, free laundry, and robot delivery to my room – the service was comprehensive and attentive.

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location within the Jianhu Scenic Area, making it incredibly convenient to access various attractions (just 5 minutes from the iconic ancient towpath of Jianhu). The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff provided attentive service. Being a Shaoxing rice wine distillery, the hotel has a rich historical and cultural atmosphere, and the complimentary rice wine was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a weekend getaway to Shaoxing.

GGuest UserWe brought our kids to Shangyu and chose this Marriott, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The hotel offers special family rooms and amenities for children. The heated pool had very clean water, and the kids absolutely loved it.
A huge shoutout to Byron, the customer service manager! He was incredibly thoughtful; upon learning it was our child's birthday, he even arranged for a birthday cake for us! His service was professional yet full of human touch, making our entire trip relaxed and enjoyable.
Both the facilities and the service at this hotel are top-notch, making it an excellent choice for family travel!

Llllly5The location is fantastic, right by Lu Xun's Former Residence, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area. The hotel has a charming Jiangnan-style courtyard aesthetic, clean and cozy, with incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. Breakfast features local Shaoxing specialties like steamed buns and pan-fried dumplings. We particularly enjoyed the hotel-organized night tour and guided explanation of Lu Xun's Former Residence; everyone loved it. The attention to detail truly made for a reassuring and relaxing stay. It’s the perfect place to experience the 'small bridges and flowing water' charm of Shaoxing!

Retro Italian castle style, children like it very much, the room is also equipped with a Philips coffee machine, welcome fruit, the reception center to the room has a sightseeing bus that can be picked up at any time, there is a large lawn, very suitable for team building activities
The restaurant ordered 5 dishes for dinner, which were exquisitely made and tasted very good. The chef was attentive
Activities: You can barbecue, horseback riding, archery, and the children's playground is on the third floor of the reception room
Surroundings: We drove to Shangwang Village, where there is a good restaurant in the past, and the attractions in Shangwang Village are still under development and construction.
We drove to Dongxi Village to play in the water and pick wild raspberries. There are also seasonal fruit picking nearby

GGuest UserThe environment is tranquil with lush green mountains and fresh air. There are plenty of activities for families with children, making for a truly comfortable stay. I must give a special shout-out to Butler YaYa! Their attitude was superb – gentle, patient, and always willing to help. They responded incredibly fast and were attentive and thoughtful throughout our entire stay, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

The main reason is that the floors are high, the sound insulation effect is very good, and the location is good. It is in the business district. Moreover, the service at the front desk of the hotel is super good and very enthusiastic. I asked the front desk to remind me when I arrived. It was also very good. It was great. It was great.

GGuest UserBeautifully located about 1.7km from city center at a quiet residential area which is very peaceful and serene next to a river. It's easily access by online taxi booking.
We love the awards winning Southen Song Dynasty design of the property , however we noticed that the management didn't really put in efforts to upkeep the place.
We stayed in the garden room on the ground floor which we have access to the Riverside garden. It's a shame that the garden are not maintained and the furniture in the garden are not clean to tho use.
I'm sorry to say that staffs attitude are pretty standard or below, not warm nor cold , didn't make the guests feel welcomed.
