MM285005****It would have been fine ten years ago, but now it looks a bit dated.
Overall, the facilities are decent, and the view from outside the hotel is quite nice.
It's not far from the airport, and you can book a free airport shuttle. It's also very quiet.
However, the service was truly terrible. They initially gave me the last room available, saying it was the last one, and even after I clearly stated I didn't want it, they changed it. Why did they say it was the last room in the first place? Why were they given priority for the last room when there were other rooms available? It wasted over half an hour of my time.

SShiv KamleshkumarMy stay at Renaissance Cairo Mirage City was nothing short of amazing. I always, always felt well taken care of by the staff here, and, in particular, I must highlight the staff at the breakfast buffet as I always found them to be so genuinely kind and considerate. The rooms were also quite spacious and the architecture of the hotel reminded me of Paris which I loved. In addition, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle for airport pick-ups and drop-offs, which is incredibly helpful as I don't think Cairo Airport is the easiest for tourists to get out of with all the people haggling you for a ride.

YyangLocated in New Cairo, there are big shopping malls and supermarkets 6 minutes walk away. There is a row of ATMs in the mall, and the first one can withdraw money with UnionPay, but there is no UnionPay logo on the machine.
The room is large and fully equipped, with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, but I didn't use them much.
The room is clean, but the surrounding environment is dusty.
It takes half an hour to take a taxi to the attractions in the old city, which costs more than 20 yuan, so if you think the old city is too dirty, it is better to stay in the new city as much as possible.

AAnonymous UserI was very satisfied; this stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, close to the airport. The front desk staff were warm and professional, check-in was quick, and they even thoughtfully upgraded my room. The room was very clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the water pressure and temperature were very stable. I especially want to commend the breakfast; it was varied, a fusion of Chinese and Western dishes, and the taste was fantastic. In short, every step from check-in to check-out was comfortable and satisfying, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city!
