BBensonHKTitle: Unparalleled Luxury and Impeccable Service at St. Regis Cairo Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) Review: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the St. Regis Cairo during my visit to this magnificent city, and I must say that it was an experience beyond compare. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the grandeur and elegance of the hotel, and every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. The St. Regis Cairo is a true testament to luxury and sophistication. The moment I stepped into the opulent lobby, I was greeted by a stunning display of modern design blended seamlessly with elements of Egyptian heritage. The attention to detail was impeccable, with intricate artwork, exquisite furnishings, and a magnificent chandelier that took my breath away. My room at the St. Regis Cairo was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance. The spacious layout, plush bedding, and tasteful decor created a tranquil ambiance that made me feel instantly relaxed. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the Nile River, and I found myself spending hours simply gazing at the mesmerizing scene before me. The service at the St. Regis Cairo was truly exceptional. The staff members were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was taken care of. From the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt room service and personalized recommendations for local attractions, their dedication to providing a flawless experience was evident throughout. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel's exquisite restaurants. The culinary offerings were nothing short of extraordinary, with a diverse range of cuisines prepared by world-class chefs. Whether indulging in a sumptuous breakfast buffet, savoring a gourmet dinner, or enjoying a cocktail at the rooftop bar with panoramic views of the city, each dining experience was a culinary delight. The St. Regis Cairo also boasts an array of impressive amenities. The spa and wellness facilities offered a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation, with a variety of treatments and therapies to choose from. The state-of-the-art fitness center allowed me to maintain my workout routine, and the outdoor pool provided a serene escape to unwind and soak up the sun. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the vibrant city of Cairo. Situated along the banks of the Nile River, it offered convenient access to iconic landmarks such as the Pyramids of Giza, the Egyptian Museum, and bustling markets. The concierge was always available to provide assistance and arrange transportation, ensuring that my sightseeing adventures were seamless and enjoyable. In conclusion, my stay at the St. Regis Cairo was an unforgettable experience of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. From the stunning aesthetics to the outstanding staff and world-class amenities, every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the St. Regis Cairo to anyone seeking a truly exceptional stay in this remarkable city, and I eagerly look forward to returning to this haven of indulgence in the future.

GGuest UserThis was the best hotel on my Egypt trip. However, it's still a far cry from luxury five-star hotels back home. The breakfast wasn't great; there was very little variety. Perhaps due to cultural differences, you have to order drinks from the waitstaff, which was a bit inconvenient. The funniest thing is that the person at the front desk here had the best English of anyone I met during my entire Egypt trip, haha.

MMichele CarlesiUnfortunately, this time I experienced a few issues with the room. The tap was clogged and, after it was repaired, the sink became clogged as well. The door was also partly broken and had to be pushed very hard to close properly. As a business traveler, I usually have breakfast early in the morning. At 6:00 a.m., however, the breakfast room was already crowded with a large group of very noisy tourists, which made the experience less pleasant. Despite these inconveniences, our stay overall was still pleasant.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.

RRaypanDon't go in winter if there's no heating; it was 10 degrees outside and 15 degrees inside. During my two-day stay, the first day the warm water was around 40 degrees. On the second day, after I kept urging them, they finally fixed it to just warm enough, but still not hot water. The decor looks like it's 15 years old. I came here because it said it opened in 2019. The service was indeed good, so I can't give a bad review for that. However, I spent two and a half hours over two days waiting for repairs and service. In summary, it's a five-star hotel with three-and-a-half-star facilities.

AAnonymous UserIn general, it is not bad for me to stay in a single room with a common bathroom for 10 nights. Above all, I would like to express my gratitude to the staff's efforts to manage the City Hostel clean which is too old and out fashioned building. * Location & Transportation Without noise, it is the best location to stay. It is located at 2 2-minute walk distance from Attaba subway station that connects to the Ramsis Railway Station and the Egypt Museum, only 1~3 stops away, charging 6 EGP per way. Of course, you can go to both by walk in 20 minutes. It means you can also enjoy the Nile riverside which is close to the museum. And it is a 2-minute walk distance from the Attaba market which is the biggest public market in Cairo and so many locals visit to buy their livelihoods stuff at a cheap price. In addition, you can also walk to the Al Azhar Mosque and Khan El-Khalili traditional market in 30 minutes, and St. Marc Coptic Orthodox Cathedral in AL Azbakeya in 10 minutes Two problems I experienced are firstly the noi⁹sy from 8 am to 3 am outside the building due to market area and cars' horns. It took 3 days for me to adapt it. Any room in the hostel cannot escape it without changing the windows to soundproof ones. If you are sensitive to sound, it is better to find other lodges in a residential area or modernized ones. Secondly, its location on the Uber taxi map and other maps is not accurate, so drivers have some problems in finding the city hostel. I have to meet them in front of the KFC next to the Attaba subway station. The signboard of the hotel is too small to recognize it. * Building and room conditions Like many other buildings in Cairo, the hostel building is old and shabby. The interior design and facilities are also outdated. However, the staff manages it so clean, particularly a common toilet and shower room. It is quite convenient a washstand in each room. However, it is bad there is no electronic kettle to boil water in a room or a common space. I could not enjoy my tea or coffee time at any time. I have to ask for hot drink water every morning when receiving breakfast, and store it in my tumbler. It will be better to provide a tea or coffee service area in the hostel. * Cleanness & Safety Cleanness and safety are very good. I have no issue with this. * Services There is no basic service that most guesthouses provide in general: toilet paper and drink water. Wifi is too weak to use the internet. Other services like laundry are satisfied. * Others During my stay, I couldn't enjoy having an exchange time with other travelers. I think it is because there is no reason to stay in a common space where only sofas and a table are. Largely guesthouse provides a commonplace where guests enjoy better the internet or drinks including tea or coffee and foods, which makes guests meet each other naturally and structurally. In conclusion, if the hostel provides basic services like toilet paper and commonplace with drink water and electronic kettles, it will be much better. And it is necessary to change its signboard so that is more recognizable. Except issues I mentioned above, it is a very good budget lodge.

The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience for me and my family. A heartfelt thank you goes out to the incredible team who made our stay so special: * Ahmed (Bellboy) for his warm and welcoming assistance. * The Reception Team (Moaman, Gehad, and Amina) for a highly professional and seamless check-in experience, as well as their attentive responsiveness throughout the day. A special thanks to their wonderful Team Manager, Mr. Karim. * The Room Service Team for their dedication and impeccable attention to detail. * A very special appreciation to the Restaurant Team—every single waiter was attentive and polite. The culinary experience was extraordinary, thanks to the two highly professional chefs, brilliantly led by Chef Hosny Amin. Naturally, such sustained excellence reflects a highly professional, aware, and dynamic management, perfectly represented by the esteemed General Manager, Mr. Mohamed Abdel Aal. You have undoubtedly left the absolute best impression on my family and me regarding Tolip Hotels, and specifically this magnificent Tolip Olympic City branch. Highly recommended!”

GGuest UserHotel is relatively clean and enjoys a good location. Rooms are tiny and may not be worth the price. Staff are helpful as much as they can. I stayed twice at this hotel and my main issue was the AC. First visit, the AC wasnt working properly but I was tired so didn’t bother to raise it up to someone. Second time I gave an early disclaimer that I need a cool room. Room was still warm. I asked for help, maintenance guy improved the situation and it was a bit cooler but it still wasn’t cold enough. I think their AC system needs a major renovation.

GGuest UserThe staff of this hotel was not good, At about 8 PM in the evening, the hotel front desk staff called the room and said that the hotel we booked only allows one person to stay. If two people stay, they need to add an additional fee of 70 US dollars. Very unlogic, so I leave my friend and I booked another hotel.but the facilities and environment is good .only their service is bad
