"Stayed in room 26 last night ( 17th July ) and woke up this with bites / stings on my arms and legs. Made reception aware this morning so hopefully this will be addressed. Regularly stay in hotels through work and have done for the last 4 years this is by far the worst stay and experience I have had. Avoid this place if at all possible ."
Great accommodation, it’s was exactly advertised.
The food was excellent we experienced the evening menu which was fabulous with lots of choice. Again breakfast was fabulous and the service was outstanding at all points of our stay.
Well done and thank you to everyone
This Hotel is in a good location, with walks around and close to Olney and Northampton.
The staff are lovely and the Spa is really good!
However, on Trip.com the hotel is advertising a picture of a pool. This pool does not exist. Please advise the hotel to that this down.
Overall, a nice place to stay for a few days!!
The room was comfortable. The environment was quiet which was very helpful for last minute revision before proceeding to an exam the following day. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
Room clean and facilities ok for price. Just not much external lighting when trying to find the room in the dark.
Also could do with updating heating systems as does make continuous noises. Not the best of night sleep
£80 for two adults is reasonable, but it's a bit pricey for a single adult. First of all, it's quite far from the center of Northampton, so the location is poor. It's also hard to find. There's nothing nearby.
The good thing about it is that the room is clean. If you're coming by car, there's parking, so it's fine.
The hotel is in a lovely location by the marina. It's big, and the rooms are clean and quiet. The best thing about my stay was the staff. Everyone I interacted with, from receptionists, to restaurant staff, to cleaners, were all absolutely lovely.
