Eesuke88This is my first time staying here, and I must say the room is incredibly cozy and pleasant. With 3 elevators available, it's super convenient and saves you from any long waits to move between floors. Plus, it's conveniently located near Starbucks, APJ, and Genk Steak. So convenient!

TTrip.com local guidesThe service from the staff was very decent. But the room was severely lacking. The bed was sunken in …. There was an odor in the hallway. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Non smoking rooms are indeed available but many guests flout the rules and if you’re unlucky like I was assigned a room next to a very heavy smoker the smoke from his room was entering mine through the gaps in the partition door.

DDesmond solo travelThe lobby is well maintained. But a bit small. Once many ppl will feel crammed. The room is good but a bit run down. The furnitures should do some painting touch up. I like the gym with glass panel and roof. The pool a bit small. It's Raya season so many kids at the pool can't enjoy much.

UUSMANHEARTAt least if guest come 30 minutes before check-in time should be allowed. Every country allow 1 hour in advanced. Took 2 days continuous flights so much tired and the staff not allowing check-in because still 30 minutes remaining. And inside room condition also just so so.

SSleepyhead_TravellerFirst of all .. they gave me smoking room even though they knows we have babies. Second I’ve complained about this luckily they handle it very well . And the chairs in the room has nail exposed and almost cut my finger. Such a this issue basically they can handle . Overall everything good .
