"The environment is good, located in the heart of Medan, close to shopping malls and not far from the Medan city rail station. Taxis are also convenient. It's worth noting that Medan Airport is quite a distance from the hotel, about a 1-hour taxi ride."

Harper Wahid Hasyim Medan by Aston

"The service from the staff was very decent. But the room was severely lacking. The bed was sunken in …. There was an odor in the hallway. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Non smoking rooms are indeed available but many guests flout the rules and if you’re unlucky like I was assigned a room next to a very heavy smoker the smoke from his room was entering mine through the gaps in the partition door."
