GGuest UserClose to railway station and to main sightseeing places, shopping area. Room is modern, new, spacey, comfortable and cosy. Breakfast is fine but we faced with the situation when we had to wait for a table, very crowded.
As a disadvantage I would mention that no drinking water in a room, it was unexpected.

Please note that the hotel is located closer to the outskirts of the city and do not go for a walk towards the train station, it may be unsafe there, but this does not apply to the hotel, rather a recommendation for the location.

WWoyouyikexinggeiniFacilities: The facilities are very new, with switches for delay lighting and extinguishing functions. The heating in the public area and the room is very sufficient, and a single coat can be fully opened in the room.
Hygienic: The room was cleaned very clean and very satisfied
Environment: The location is very good, very close to the top of the mountain, not far from the core of the old city in the upper city.
Service: The front desk and restaurant brother are very good, very humorous and talkative

GGuest UserThe location is better not to find, but the hotel itself on the three, the rooms on the second floor with windows on the knee level, well and a little under tired,breakfast is delicious, but mostly dessert, may be perfect for Europeans, but on me the omlet was not bad, When I ordered joyfully told Si, but then it turned out that eggs are not 😁, in general the price and level almost coincided!

FFINTIGERExcellent hotel with clean and big rooms. Location is also very close to the Train Station and if you are travelling from Milano just take the z301-bus and it will stop 1 min walk away from the hotel. Breakfast was also good, but quite simple.

RRUOXIThe location is 50m next to the old town square. Go out and turn left. In the core area of Bergamo, it is very convenient to come out early and take photos.
The downside is that cars cannot be reached directly, because the old town is prohibited and the car can be parked in a parking lot about 500m.
