Guest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Porta Picta. The location is perfect for exploring Bergamo Città Alta, the room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. Barbara and the whole team were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We were especially touched by the complimentary breakfast and by the care they showed when they found and kept our forgotten headphones. This level of hospitality is truly exceptional. We highly recommend Palazzo Porta Picta to anyone visiting Bergamo and hope to return one day. Thank you for everything!

Excellent hotel & location. Breakfast buffet was good. All staff courteous. Room had everything needed - aircon, plenty of power point, with usb ports too. Sadly the room was tiny - have visited & revisited many countries across Europe, especially in the last 3/4 years & this was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, at the back of the hotel. The ‘standard’ room was merely standard - disappointing

A normal hotel, 10 minutes from the rowing room. The area is quiet, late in the evening, early in the morning, everything is quiet. To Carrera Academy is closer. Staff is helpful, trying to explain (without my language knowledge).
The studio apartments are equipped with microwave, stove, pans, dishes, opening, knife - everything is available. The water is hot and steady, without laps. A larger towel dryer if anything dry, on the five-point bottom of the tumbler. The heater was pleased. Very quiet in the hotel. The elderly are hanging out on their own, no one is interrupting, all of us will be, but not all in such a place. I'm glad for them.I didn't go to the pool.

It was a very nice stay! The hotel is in a very good location - right next to the railway station and 20 mins away to the airport by bus. The main attractions are also on close proximity, as well as cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself is also great. The staff is super nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed.

This hotel is a gem that’s found in a city of Bergamo that the city itself is such a wonder of elegance and beauty of historic affluence. Certainly a very new hotel that has renovated much of adjacent abby building of acting cathedral. Ever staff is kind and sincere, trying their best for giving help to best guest experiences. Wish this hotel keeps that momentum and mindset.

The location is 50m next to the old town square. Go out and turn left. In the core area of Bergamo, it is very convenient to come out early and take photos.
The downside is that cars cannot be reached directly, because the old town is prohibited and the car can be parked in a parking lot about 500m.

Very new property. Due to the period, my choice is oriented to accomodations which allow the self check-in, without the need to get in contact with other people. After following an easy and quick procedure to provide my details, I received the codes of the building and my room. Very recommended for the location, just out of the property you are in a pedestrian area with bars, nice restaurants and any kind of shops.

bennychen63The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 700-meter walk from Bergamo train station and a 10-minute bus ride to Bergamo Airport. Even though it's a budget hotel, the environment is pleasant, the room is quite spacious, and the bed is comfortable. Varonia at the front desk provided excellent service, patiently answering all our questions. The breakfast was also pretty good.
