"Great value. ok location , near lrt station and walking distance to decathlon (if you don't mind 10 to 15 minutes on foot). Parking is easy. Room is huge. But I experienced no hot water during my stay, but I ok with it. makan2 place a bit far from hotel. No cafe or restaurant nearby (walking distance). Overall good stay"

Guest UserThe air conditioning in my room had an issue, but the front desk handled it very efficiently. They immediately arranged a room change and kept me informed throughout the process. The staff were friendly, courteous, and even provided a complimentary fruit platter. Great customer service and a pleasant stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Norhazwani SaufiThis premium hotel has everything needed, free shuttle to IOI Putrajaya, pool, spa and great design. There was also free balloons for kids on the day we checkin. However, we were a bit unlucky as there were event and parkings are full, hence we need to park the car in the other building which is a bit confusing. The small detail that perhaps the hotel can consider is to allocate 1 car parking for each room, as most of the guests bring luggages and not all do the drop-off in front of the lobby which makes long distance parking a hassle. Overall, all are great except the parking issue :)

hyun8963This was the best hotel I chose during my trip to Kuala Lumpur! My flight from Incheon arrived in Kuala Lumpur in the morning, so I requested an early check-in in advance. Luckily, I was able to check in early, which made my 2-day trip much more comfortable and less tiring. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room condition, including the bedding, bed, toilet, and bathroom, was spotless. While personal preferences may vary, the breakfast, lounge tea time, and happy hour were all perfect. Its accessibility is also great, being only 30 minutes from Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Plus, it's directly connected to the IOI City Mall, offering plenty of shopping and entertainment, so there's never a dull moment. I would love to stay at Le Meridien Hotel again on my next trip.

Kampung GalWe arrived at the hotel around 3:00 PM to check in. Due to the long weekend holiday, the hotel was very busy and we had to wait about two hours before our room was ready.
However, the hotel made up for the inconvenience by offering us complimentary breakfast and a late check-out, which we truly appreciated. I was satisfied with their sincerity and effort in handling the situation.
The room had been renovated and was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. The swimming pool looked a little old, but it was still well-maintained and perfectly usable. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and most importantly, my kids had a great time.
I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Guest UserOverall, my stay was very pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were excellent – reliable hot water and effective air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The front desk staff were responsive, and the hotel's location was convenient with plenty of amenities nearby and easy access to transportation. My only minor suggestion would be to perhaps refine a few small details. All in all, I was very satisfied.

This is one of my favorite hotels that I frequently stay at, and I'm very satisfied with everything. The environment is clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The service staff are friendly and helpful, and they respond promptly. The pool and gym offer an excellent experience. Plus, there are all sorts of great restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, sightseeing, and dining.

Guest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Malaysia.
The location is fantastic – right next to an MRT station, which made getting around the city super easy and convenient.
What really stood out for me was the amazing staff. I only brought a USB cable to charge my phone, and they kindly allowed me to charge it in the lobby. That kind of flexibility and friendliness is rare and much appreciated.
As a bonus, I also discovered that the TV in the room has a USB port, so I could charge my phone there as well – a smart and thoughtful touch.
Another great touch – there’s a filtered water pipe available, so you can easily get a cool, clean drink, which is especially refreshing in Malaysia’s hot weather.
Overall, great service, excellent location, and practical little details that made my stay stress-free. Will definitely stay here again.

Guest UserIt's my third visit to The Saujana KL and we really love the surroundings with all the greenery. First time stay in the executive block and the view was great compare with club room with pool view & lake view. The only down part might be the bathtub which I think it could be improve on the cleanliness but we will definitely back for weekend getaway.
