Another wonderful stay at the 5-star ABC Hotel. This is my second time staying here. The staff is always nice and friendly. The room, amenities, and the food are great. The location is great as it's on Fields Avenue with Jolibee and night life down the street. Rio was my Bellhop in 2024 and this time in 2026. 😎

Excellent hotel for a good price. I had a view of the volcano. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the plumbing and air conditioning were all in order. The breakfast was good. The only thing that surprised me was that the rooms aren't right next to the lobby; you have to walk through corridors, but the helpful staff escorted me and showed me everything.

My recent trip to Clark, Philippines, included a stay at Queens Hotel Clark, and I must say the overall experience was quite good. I'd definitely recommend it to first-time independent travelers visiting Clark. First off, the location is incredibly convenient. It's right near the bustling heart of Angeles City, surrounded by numerous restaurants, massage parlors, convenience stores, and bars, all within walking distance. The area offers excellent amenities. Getting to Clark International Airport from Queens Hotel Angeles City takes about 15 to 20 minutes by car, so transportation is a breeze. The room itself was larger than expected and very clean. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was strong, and the hot water supply was reliable. It was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a safe, refrigerator, and hairdryer, making it suitable for both short and medium-term stays. While the soundproofing isn't top-notch, it's pretty good for a hotel in this price range. The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. From the front desk to housekeeping and security, everyone was polite and ready to assist with any issues. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and smooth, reflecting a professional level of service. The swimming pool, though not particularly large, was well-maintained with clean water – perfect for relaxing during the day or evening. The breakfast options at the restaurant weren't luxurious, but the food tasted good and was sufficient for most travelers. If I had to point out any downsides, some of the room furnishings show a bit of age and occasional signs of wear. Also, if you're there on a weekend or during peak season, the surrounding nightlife can get quite lively. Light sleepers might want to request a quieter room. Overall, considering the price, location, room comfort, and service quality, Queens Hotel Clark offers excellent value for money. Whether you're traveling independently, on a business trip, or enjoying a short holiday in Clark, it's a very worthwhile accommodation option.

This place is right in the front of walking street. Out the door and down the stairs and your on walking street. Exactly what I was looking for in my stay. They even helped me get a taxi to the airport meeting me outside the door. Great time and it was clean everyday. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Fields palace hotel.

This is a pretty good hotel. Overall the staff are helpful and will do their best to assist you. The rooms are nice and have decent windows and have good air conditioning and even have mini fridges and tv with some movie channels. The location is also good as it’s near the SM Mall. It’s also quiet and can get a good night rest there. The free breakfast is also ok if very basic. They also have free water in the restaurant and front desk. You can easily charge all your devices as the key and room card are separate.

The location is a little difficult to find. The room is small. Is this price acceptable? There is a pool and restaurant. There was live music on Saturday night, and I was able to relax in the restaurant. They also had all-you-can-eat samgyeosal. You are not allowed to bring your own food, but there are no convenience stores nearby, and the prices for cooking beer are cheap and reasonable. I didn't have time to get a massage, so I couldn't do it. It has a pool and seems to be popular with families. Breakfast was plentiful.

I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

The location is absolutely perfect. The water facilities and Wi-Fi were also good. The front desk service and cleanliness were satisfactory. They are very strict about not allowing unregistered guests without ID. Be aware that the old building is four stories tall but has no elevator. The TV in the room is a smart TV, so you can watch YouTube.

Firstly, the room is clean, hot shower and air-conditioning works perfectly fine, rooftop deck is impressive . Breakfast is okay. I booked for 1 night just to see how I go with this hotel as it is my first time. . Safety deposit box is not working, towels are overused, no handowels, have to request for one, mini fridge bar is not working. I checked in late, after my flight , wanting to catch up on much needed sleep. Next morning around 715am housekeeping knocked, then rang the doorbell bell woke me up, saying their doing a ROOM CHECK and that's a PROTOCOL in El Vistra to do that which is totally INSANE. I checked out right after, then reception told me they're doing a ROOM CHECK to make sure everything is in order for me to get my deposit. What an experience!!

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.
