Amazing
JJen Ng Chin YuI had a great stay at ABC Hotel in Clark. The room size is more than sufficient, providing a comfortable space to work and relax. Its location is very convenient—just minutes from Clark International Airport and right across from SM City Clark, making it easy to get around. The hotel’s facilities are also not bad, with access to multiple outdoor pools, a spa, and high‑speed WiFi that’s ideal for business travellers. The helpful staff and variety of dining options further enhanced the experience. Overall, a solid choice for both work and leisure.
GGuest UserVery enjoyable stay overall. The first night wasn't as good though because they gave me a room on the 3rd floor which had a few ants the next morning, so I requested a room change and they gave me a room on the 6th floor which was much better. Housekeeping was good since they clean all the dishes but they don't provide hand towels, only provide packets of bath gel and shampoo and small cheap hotel bar soap which I didn't use. Also, the hot water was only lukewarm the whole time and they didn't have a second trash can after I changed rooms which is strange. Additionally, I had to request trash bags since it seems pretty gross without them. If they fixed these small issues, the hotel stay would be nearly flawless. The gym was top notch.
One other thing, check-in was a hassle since they make you sign this waiver saying you won't break or lose any little item in the room like the 8 picture frames and 2 ornaments on the walls and tables, the chairs and tables themselves, and anything and everything in the room. So I had to check every item was there myself before signing the form.
GGuest UserWe stayed at Clarkton for one night before a transfer to Manilla and were very impressed. The photos didn't do it justice, the pool and poolside space was a lot bigger than expected and there was a gym (although basic) that we didn't know about. Everyone was very friendly and helpful - the service couldn't have been better and the food from the 24/7 restaurant was impressive with lots of options. Would definitely recommend if you need somewhere close to Clark airport
HHuggySenWe checked in very late and appreciated that the hotel still accommodated us without any hassle. The staff were polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the unstable Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a good experience.
GGuest UserLocated near the red light district, not a bad thing if that's what you like. There is a large mall @ 5 minute walk away, easy to find. Front staff/doorman were excellent. The restaurant was average at best. Much better food outside the hotel. Went to Tequila grill several times, ordered Grab to the hotel as well. Very convenient. Overall a pretty good hotel for the price. Great swimming pool, although it rained the entire week, it is still a good looking pool. I would stay here again, the balcony rooms are worth the price, can sit outside and drink/smoke while looking out over the city.
GGuest UserIt’s okay. Microwave and phones not working. The grease trap smells every time we use the sink and the foul smell will fill the room and we need to spray or open the door. We stayed for 5 days, i just noticed that the staff walking by the hallway is quite noisy when they’re passing. I talked to the front desk about this and they acknowledged.
MMhinjiWe stayed at Prime Asia Hotel from April 15–16, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience.
One thing we really appreciated was the flexibility with check-in. Although the standard check-in time is 4 PM, we arrived early at around 2 PM since we were already in the area and traveling with a toddler. Thankfully, they accommodated us, which made a big difference for our trip.
The staff were consistently warm and welcoming. Whether in the hallway or the elevator, they always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel amenities were also impressive. There’s a 24/7 café in the lobby and a rooftop restaurant that’s also open 24/7, which is very convenient. The pool is open all day as well, and since it wasn’t crowded during our visit, my mom and toddler were able to enjoy it fully.
Our room was spacious and well-prepared. They even set up an extra bed for my mom, even though we didn’t request it. We also appreciated the small touches, like being given fresh, warm towels.
A special thank you as well for having YouTube Premium available my baby really enjoyed watching kids’ shows, which kept them entertained.
We also tried the breakfast buffet, and it did not disappoint. The tapa and bacon were especially delicious.
The only downside we noticed was the limited parking space.
Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely consider coming back.
GGuest UserFirstly, the room is clean, hot shower and air-conditioning works perfectly fine, rooftop deck is impressive . Breakfast is okay. I booked for 1 night just to see how I go with this hotel as it is my first time. . Safety deposit box is not working, towels are overused, no handowels, have to request for one, mini fridge bar is not working. I checked in late, after my flight , wanting to catch up on much needed sleep. Next morning around 715am housekeeping knocked, then rang the doorbell bell woke me up, saying their doing a ROOM CHECK and that's a PROTOCOL in El Vistra to do that which is totally INSANE. I checked out right after, then reception told me they're doing a ROOM CHECK to make sure everything is in order for me to get my deposit. What an experience!!
UurunawaygirlI expected worse because it was very affordable but it exceeded my expectation. The room was huge, the bed was soft and clean. The bathroom was okay. If you're just having a layover, it's perfect.
GGuest UserI chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.
