If you need cleaning services, you must proactively request and pay for them. The room size is good and has a coffee machine. It is worth staying."

GGuest UserFrom the moment I arrived it was such a great experience. The valet although being busy and taking longer than expected I was attended to well and when I left one of the valet members remembered my last name which was appreciated. The room was nice and roomy for a solo travel. I liked the balcony that came with my room. The only thing that irked me slightly was after the doors closed at midnight I was asked twice if I had my key card. I was also asked if I was a guest. I understand security reasons but I felt like it was quite unnecessary to be asked multiple times and it made me feel uncomfortable.

MmMaxiThis is a lovely hotel with a fabulous breakfast. It is steps away from San Fernando Mission, The Alamo and of course the Riverwalk. The rooms are very clean and the Customer Service Staff is excellent. The adjoining hotel has a rooftop bar which is a must for great sunsets. You can get the Trolley on the San Fernando Mission plaza and it's a good way to see the City with 2 day pass.

GGuest UserReally great experience!! Staff was great. Riverwalk next door was convenient!! Definitely will recommend to family and friends. Room was clean. Breakfast and the kickback hour was amazing. Had a really fun and great time for our little mini vacation this weekend. The shops near by were fun to go into and get souvenirs.

GGuest UserThe hotel had a perfect location for the events we had planned. It was busy in the area because of the No Kings Protests but it had no impact on our stay. The hotel staff upgraded our room due to an error on their part and it was fabulous!! The bathroom was amazing and the beds were super comfy.

DDenLWillThe staff at the hotel, and bar, were very friendly and helpful, it's a very nice place, but, the queen room was very small, which I wasn't expecting a very large room, but for the price I was expecting a little bit larger. and the bed was as hard as a rock. My room faced the Alamo and, through NO fault of the hotel, I was woken up at 6:30 on a Saturday morning to construction right outside of my window. It was a nice hotel but I would not stay here again.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located at a very short walk to riverwalk restaurants. The rooms are of good size and the staff are friendly. The only downgrade I experienced this time is that they stopped offering buffet breakfast on weekdays. Weekend breakfast buffets now cost usd 20. I guess the current government has really caused a downfall of tourism in USA.

HHThe room was very spacious. Bathroom was clean and stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner, and bath soap. The carpet was pretty dirty overall and multiple large stains which I tried to overlook because I only stayed 1 night and the room was very large as mentioned above. Staff was friendly.

LLIRONGThe decoration of the room is simple, quiet and large enough. The mattress is soft and comfortable, and the hotel lobby is open. The service was super enthusiastic the day before yesterday. The riverside trail is only two minutes away from the hotel, which is convenient for morning walks and riverside dining. The price is reasonable in this area. It is worth staying.
