Great
GGuest UserThe hotel had a perfect location for the events we had planned. It was busy in the area because of the No Kings Protests but it had no impact on our stay. The hotel staff upgraded our room due to an error on their part and it was fabulous!! The bathroom was amazing and the beds were super comfy.
NNandidaqushihuThe room is roughly the same as the picture, newly renovated, friendly staff, but it is acceptable to walk to the river, be careful at night because you have to cross the bridge. The order said that breakfast was included, the front desk said no, and the communication with the customer service was also solved. It may not be completely restored after the epidemic.
In addition to Riverwalk eating and drinking, Square Market Lot can experience Mexican-style cuisine. The four historical site of the Mission are also very good to make up for the history of Indian and Missionary. The 3-day tour is almost the same!
GGuest UserReally great experience!! Staff was great. Riverwalk next door was convenient!! Definitely will recommend to family and friends. Room was clean. Breakfast and the kickback hour was amazing. Had a really fun and great time for our little mini vacation this weekend. The shops near by were fun to go into and get souvenirs.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it.
We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready.
GGuest UserFrom the moment I arrived it was such a great experience. The valet although being busy and taking longer than expected I was attended to well and when I left one of the valet members remembered my last name which was appreciated. The room was nice and roomy for a solo travel. I liked the balcony that came with my room. The only thing that irked me slightly was after the doors closed at midnight I was asked twice if I had my key card. I was also asked if I was a guest. I understand security reasons but I felt like it was quite unnecessary to be asked multiple times and it made me feel uncomfortable.
MmMaxiThis is a lovely hotel with a fabulous breakfast. It is steps away from San Fernando Mission, The Alamo and of course the Riverwalk. The rooms are very clean and the Customer Service Staff is excellent. The adjoining hotel has a rooftop bar which is a must for great sunsets. You can get the Trolley on the San Fernando Mission plaza and it's a good way to see the City with 2 day pass.
DDenLWillThe staff at the hotel, and bar, were very friendly and helpful, it's a very nice place, but, the queen room was very small, which I wasn't expecting a very large room, but for the price I was expecting a little bit larger. and the bed was as hard as a rock. My room faced the Alamo and, through NO fault of the hotel, I was woken up at 6:30 on a Saturday morning to construction right outside of my window. It was a nice hotel but I would not stay here again.
GGuest UserWe enjoyed the stay. Our stay consisted of 3 nights. Unfortunately we stay during the Covid 19 pandemic. We did not get the complimentary breakfast. But this is a Great hotel. Bonus is the pool. Beautiful set up. My only complaint would be, we had to constantly ask for towels. Clean rooms. Decent size rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel. For sure coming back.
LLIRONGThe decoration of the room is simple, quiet and large enough. The mattress is soft and comfortable, and the hotel lobby is open. The service was super enthusiastic the day before yesterday. The riverside trail is only two minutes away from the hotel, which is convenient for morning walks and riverside dining. The price is reasonable in this area. It is worth staying.
