Just spent 4 nights here.
Property is beautiful inside and out.
However
Overall, the customer service was poor. The front desk messed up my room and sent us to the wrong room. When I called to tell them they had me in the wrong room type (I paid for a two bedroom suite and they tried to put me in a one bedroom) they were rude and said I was wrong. They realized their mistake and called me back, telling me to bring everything back and check in again.
the front desk workers were very short and rude, even after I had to drive all of the way back to the front desk to get my correct room assignment.
Housekeeping was also not very friendly. Knocked on the door and handed us towels and toilet paper (that we never asked for) without saying a word. Not even “hi”
Pool staff and bartender were the only polite staff.
Grounds keeper staff drive golf carts around all day and give dirty looks. Don’t seem happy. Don’t wave.
I don’t know, I just got a crappy vibe by most of this staff.
Hyatt vacation club needs to do a training and teach their employees to be happy and kind and wave and say hi!!!! Customer service 101!
Again, property was beautiful and clean! Just wish I had felt more welcome.
