Great place

Beautiful Property! Excited to come back when it’s warmer to use the beautiful and massive pool and lazy river. Service is great as well, units are beautiful and very clean!

Nice place to stay. Room was spacious and beautiful. Comforter was stiff so everytime one of us moved the other one woke up. The people above us had a kid and you could hear the child which sounded like it was running or jumping above us. We went to bed early that Friday night because my son had an early weigh in for a competition and the noise above us kept us awake until they finally went to bed themselves. I know that isn’t the hotels fault but just want others to know you can hear other people so you might request a top floor if this is something that would bother you.

The hotel is in the middle of nature so you can see deers, pool is heated but not totally indoor, but it has water slides.

The staff have their normal welcome speech but an undertone of annoyance. Like you are bothering them with your presence. This hotel cared more about locking you into their Hyatt rewards than they did about updating their rooms. Old fridge made noise the entire stay. Rusty shower poles. Cable was from the 90’s. No update to watch your own Netflix account. The Christmas decorations they put up were beautiful and we enjoyed amores around the fire pit. All in all, if they start up keeping the place I think we would go back. The pool area was great.

They have done an excellent job of keeping the grounds in excellent shape.The 4 pits around the Christmas tree are very cozy and well maintained.There are a lot of amenities on the property to help keep you busy.The heated pool area is extremely nice.The staff is super nice and very friendly.Jeremy who is part of security helped us a lot in the evening with transportation between the different areas on the property and keeping the fire pits going in the evening.The property has maintained the ranch feeling but in a modern way.

I did not like that ******* check in and out times were different, I wish I did not have to call the manager to ask for it. Manager was nice.

Great hotel with a definite resort feel. Guest accommodations truly felt like home.

Just spent 4 nights here. Property is beautiful inside and out. However Overall, the customer service was poor. The front desk messed up my room and sent us to the wrong room. When I called to tell them they had me in the wrong room type (I paid for a two bedroom suite and they tried to put me in a one bedroom) they were rude and said I was wrong. They realized their mistake and called me back, telling me to bring everything back and check in again. the front desk workers were very short and rude, even after I had to drive all of the way back to the front desk to get my correct room assignment. Housekeeping was also not very friendly. Knocked on the door and handed us towels and toilet paper (that we never asked for) without saying a word. Not even “hi” Pool staff and bartender were the only polite staff. Grounds keeper staff drive golf carts around all day and give dirty looks. Don’t seem happy. Don’t wave. I don’t know, I just got a crappy vibe by most of this staff. Hyatt vacation club needs to do a training and teach their employees to be happy and kind and wave and say hi!!!! Customer service 101! Again, property was beautiful and clean! Just wish I had felt more welcome.
