XXiaoliyidaoThe room is super big, clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is good. It is considered a relatively good hotel in Rapid City. The transportation is convenient. There are breakfast, lunch and dinner in the lobby on the first floor, which is very convenient.

CColleen NelsonLoved the historic vibe, the downtown location, and the rooftop bar. The desk attendant was very informative regarding the history of the building but the lobby was very ”tired” and although they were clean and comfortable, the guest rooms were very small. Elevators were dirty.

Service is not good cause when i requested my room to be made up n they forgot .and mentioned that they are unable to do anything as the housekeeping team is in a rush as there is too many check ins todday
