Fue una buena elección para ser el 1er viaje a un Hotel en chosica Deseábamos pasar un día tranquilo Y así fue El. Personal correcto y amables. Juego para niños, jóvenes y adultos Nos tocó una buena comida Todo muy limpio y ordenado Solo mejoraría el poder contar con agua caliente en las noches con más frecuencia y caudal.

El servicio de restaurante es pésimo y la comida deplorable para los precios que cobran, la atención demora en promedio 1 hora, la comida tuvimos que devolverla tenía excesiva sal, mozos faltos de entrenamiento y la administración no se hizo presente en ningún momento

Es un buen lugar para salir de la ciudad con la familia. La Recepción y el personal son de calidad. Desde la ayuda para la reserva hasta el día que llegamos, el servicio y todo muy bueno. Súper recomendado.
