Very good hotel, smart room switches, and facilities are very new.
The hotel is not far from Gaudi's three-piece suite, and there is a Mercadona just a few dozen meters away. It is very convenient. I will stay here next time!
The local specialty sausages and hash browns for breakfast are particularly delicious!

After arriving at the hotel, the front desk was enthusiastic and was very good at promoting the hotel's food and other restaurants around. However, the hotel is far from the city, the subway is not convenient, the room is small, and the decoration smells very bad. The worst experience was when leaving the hotel. They recommended us a taxi that other guests had canceled, and the mileage fee for the taxi waiting was added to our itinerary. I didn't find it until I got off the car and looked at the bill carefully. After that, I went to the hotel to negotiate, but they didn't care about it at all. Also, regarding the city tax issue, Ctrip had already collected it in advance, and the hotel deducted it again when I checked out. I called the hotel and the attitude was firm. In the end, Ctrip refunded the overcharged fees. I guess Ctrip hasn't paid the hotel yet.

This was a perfect hotel. It was my first time in Spain and I feel like I made the best selection on where to stay a week. The location was excellent. It's a quiet area but a quick cab ride to everything. The bed was so comfortable. The first-floor bar and the rooftop lounge were awesome. The best thing of all was the service. Everybody at this hotel smiled and were so happy to help. If you stay, make sure you say hello to Gala. She works at the restaurant and also the bar. She gave me fantastic recommendations and was always so happy to have a conversation. Plus, she makes amazing cappuccinos! I left Barcelona knowing I had a great experience in the city and I know staying at this hotel helped me feel that way.

This was my first time to Barcelona and i wasn't disappointed. The hotel was beautiful. Staff extremely friendly, professional and helpful with knowledge of the city. Breakfast at the hotel was outstanding. Excellent hotel with excellent staff. Thank you for a fantastic weekend.

Great, new hotel with efficient service. Although the property is clearly new, all seems to be working very well. Room was exactly as expected (especially cleanliness) and service has been great with a smile always. Just one suggestion: please add trash bins and ashtrays at the hotel entrance. :)

Beautiful and comfortable design, not just superficial things. Clean sheets with no wrinkles. Breakfast was of sufficient quantity and quality, and the staff were friendly but at an appropriate distance. The surrounding environment is currently under development, but we can expect it to be improved in the future.
