Hotel Travessera

The hotel itself is decent , the reception staff were all friendly and helpful. The room however was a little dirty, the floor seemed as though it hadn't been cleaned and had hair, footprints and dust. but I didn't spend much time in the room so it didn't bother me too much. Apart from that , the room I was given was tiny with a window that couldn't be opened (if it could open It would have opened to an internal apartment courtyard ). The hotel breakfast was great, not a massive selection but the breads, meats and other selections were really tasty and I actually missed this breakfast on the rest of my trip ! Location wasn't ideal but it's about a 10 minute walk to the busier neighbourhoods so it's not too bad. But it is quite a walk to the beach. All in all, I would recommend this hotel but not the room I stayed in, they do have some other options that may be better suited, but around the price point it was okay.

They made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was nice and changed daily. A good place for families. There is a playground outside the hotel.

Proximity to Park Guell and hop-on hop-off buses. Staff are acommodating, polite, and knowledgeable.

Good shower pressure, bus stop at door, room was good and quiet, towels get replaced every other day·

I loved this hotel. Very cozy, and enjoyed that it was quite small (only 15 or 20 rooms I think?). The rooms were very nice, the breakfast was good, the location was great for walking and transiting, and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Great stay and the staff were very helpful. Able to use the facilities after checkout. Able to feed my 2 year old son. Highly recommend

This hotel is OK, but the location is great if you like to be away from the crowds. It was fine just to sleep there. Our room was small (2 of us), and there was a bit of noise when people were in the halls. A positive is the people that work there are so friendly, there is a good cafe across the street, and the hop-on hop-off bus stops right in front of the hotel. There is also a bus there to take you downtown. It is located in Gracia, and we loved that area. If you want to spend less so you have more money to do other things and just need a bed, this a good place.
