I booked this room. It said there is a kettle in the room. But there is not. room was clean, old style furniture. small window, which cannot be opened.
Breakfast was nice.
Location close to the La Familia Sagrada. Near a lot of coffe shops, souvenirs shops.

選擇這個酒店是這趟旅行最噁心🤢的經歷。我跟朋友兩家人帶孩子去巴塞隆拿旅遊，考慮這個酒店離旅遊景點比較近，我們在攜程上訂了這裏的兩間房間，都是可以住兩個大人加一個孩子的三人間。由於我們的航班是凌晨到達巴塞隆拿，於是在訂酒店時特別備註了要求提前到凌晨兩點左右能入住。酒店確認訂單後我們都分別電話聯繫了酒店前台，再次電話確認了我們需要提前到凌晨兩點入住是否可以，得到的答覆都是沒問題。當我們凌晨兩點多到達酒店的時候，值班前台卻説沒有人告訴過她這個事情，並且告訴我們訂的三人間沒有空房間，衹有雙人間，要求我們當時每家開兩個房間，三歲小孩也要單獨開房間，總共要我們開四個房間才可以給我們入住。説等有三人間退出來再給我們換房間。那我們肯定不同意，我們表示可以在大堂安靜地等房間準備好。前台盡然説如果不訂四間房間就要我們馬上離開酒店。我們聯繫攜程客服處理，結果攜程也搞不定她們。攜程客服還是很用心的幫我們聯繫附近的其他酒店，終於在1.8公裡外找到一家合適的酒店，凌晨三四點的大街上我們帶着年幼的孩子走了半個小時自己花錢入住了一家不錯的酒店。我們要求攜程跟ibis 去溝通要求酒店道歉，我們預訂的房間退掉不去住了。攜程似乎拿對方沒辦法，溝通下來既不道歉也不給退訂。攜程最後的處理方法是要求我們當天中午繼續去ibis 辦入住，攜程再給我們一點點補償。這個結果實在是令人遺憾。照片上展示的是入住後的情況，洗手液都見底了也不加，晚上十一點回到房間發現盡然沒有給我們打掃衞生。這麼多年住酒店這是第一次遇到服務這麼差的酒店。供其他去巴塞隆拿旅行的朋友參考。按這個酒店的價格有很多三星和四星級酒店可以選擇，千萬不要選這家。

早餐很值，時間也合適（開到11點），在快到時間情況下，也給上新填補缺的食物。
前台真的有給到服務，給接熱水。態度也很好，可以寄存行李。出門走五分鐘就是聖家堂，聖家堂下面就是地鐵，附近有很多吃的。
超級方便的酒店。

酒店有固定人數入住，平台政策之前有紕漏，就在本週出現幾起問題，我也遇到了，導致我辦理入住時，家人住不了同一房間。相當糟糕，後續還沒解決好。

酒店位置優越，房間很小但是乾淨，步行打卡巴塞隆拿3件套，波蓋利亞市場等；如果是以旅遊打卡景點為主，這個酒店是不錯的選擇👍
