The hotel is conveniently located in the central part of the city, 10 minutes walk to Plaza Catalunya, 15 minutes to the Picasso Museum and the Cathedral of the Holy Cross. Since the hotel is located in a historic building, only some of the rooms have a balcony overlooking the street, some rooms have a window overlooking the courtyard, the rest of the rooms have no windows, please note when booking. The dining room is small in the basement without windows. The breakfast is meager and monotonous. You can choose to your liking and naturally get full, but you won’t be able to enjoy the food much. A huge plus is the sunbathing area, these are 6 sun loungers with provided towels, a shower and a small pool. I lived in 2 rooms. First in 506, it is larger in area, but without a window. There was fairly new plumbing, a bath, accessories available: a brush, a cap, etc. I asked to be moved to a room with a window, they moved me to room 302 without any problems. It has a window, is smaller in area and has very old plumbing, the overhead shower was covered in mold and scale, it was impossible to use, the only accessory was a shower cap once, nothing else. It is worth noting that the rooms are made in dark shades and with a rather meager amount of light, without a window the room is very dark, even in the bathroom, no matter how hard you try, you can't even pluck your eyebrows. The soundproofing is quite good, you can only hear sounds from the corridor.

1. The location of the hotel is not very convenient, with few restaurants and businesses nearby. It's a ways to go. 2. Industrial style design, but not outstanding. 3. The breakfast is very average and has no special features. 4. The front desk staff has a good attitude 5. The water in the bathroom will be blocked in both rooms and the drainage is very slow. I stayed in a room mate in Milan and it was much worse than the one in Milan. I will never choose a room mate in Barcelona again.

The hotel is in a good location and is very convenient for eating, drinking and entertainment. It is within walking distance of La Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, Casa Batlló and Avenida delle Grazie. It is very safe to swipe the card to enter the hotel door. The hotel staff is very friendly. Thumbs up👍
