The staff is very helpful especially Ms Mimi , she helped us to take the photos & take care of our luggage. The hotel is very nice, large size room with heater in bathroom. The bed is king size very comfortable. We will come again for next trip to London. Tks.

房間乾淨，衞生間快要比房間還大，可能是因為房間在轉角上。窗外沒什麼風景，記得是個建築中的樓。酒店位置是極好的，門口小花園，去地鐵站也很近。總的來説中規中矩，乾淨舒適。

到了酒店看到酒店名字和門，就是打不開，也沒看到前台，看到裏面是個當地人住的公寓，就以為找錯了，拖着行李繞了兩圈，累的不行，還是進不去，就聯繫了攜程客服，還好是國內的晚上時間而不是半夜，攜程客服及時回覆了，正好也有人出來，就進去找，前台在地下一樓，要坐電梯才能到達，前台告訴門口有門鈴要按門鈴進，第一次碰到這種酒店前台，真的完全沒反應過來，建議攜程要説明這個情況，不然半夜到的客人真的很麻煩！房間還算比較大還配了拖鞋和洗漱用品，這點很好，另外就是酒店的位置非常好，羅素公園旁邊，離大英博物館走路到後門5分鐘，辦好入住出去出了飯就直接過去了，後門人少，沒預約沒排隊很快進去！
