I was very dissatisfied with the stay. The outside area (see pictures) was not cleaned from breakfast until about 8pm, bottles, cans and cups were on the table and it was only cleaned after the staff had been made aware of it, but not completely. The room was very small, there is no wardrobe in this room, so not suitable for several nights/days! The room cleaning was done moderately. Only the bed linen and towels were changed. It was neither mopped nor vacuumed. The beds are an imposition, you could just as well put cots there. The buffet was kept "very" small, with three different toppings, two different slices of toast and baguette that was rock hard. For the money I paid for it, I am very disappointed.

It was very basic, disappointed there is no kettle in the rooms. Plus you hv to pay £8 for parking

Yesterday I stayed here with my family, and the light went off. I had to come out of the shower with shampoo on, and the reception guy, who didn't know how to solve the problem, wasn't even sure about the key to the electrical room!👎

Nice hotel. Fortunate enough to get EV charging here. Stayed with family. Bfast menu could improve.

Room was decent for the location but not even a kettel or a proper glass in the room. Neither any tea or coffee which are basic quite dissapointing. Also it was quite a work to find the hotel with the map as it take you to a different location.

The hotel is good for it price,breakfast is good, location is great, amenities are not enough as hotel has no gym and guests has to pay for parking.

I lodged for 3 nights and it’s a nice place to stay. I was suprised that they don’t serve the hot portion of the English breakfast so I had to do with toast, ham, cheese and turkey. Good location. Hotel is located just beside Tesco and the bus stop to Barking Train station. Room cleaning service was great too. The heater in my room could do better. Sometimes I didn’t feel any warmth. Overall, highly recommend for a budget trip.

Good balance between the price and quality. Great choice to visit London. Well-communicated to go anywhere using public transportation.

Location so close to the train station, so clean and easily accessible.

Clean and tidy. Mattress and pillows are very cozy.

One of the worst places I have stayed, constant noise of water running, rooms had some weird smell, shower went from hot to super hot with in seconds. Room service was amazing, other then that not good. To charge your phone you have to plug it in 3 metres away from you as they don’t have any sockets next tot the bed. Never again. Avoid. For the same price you can get Marriott.
