Owners were so friendly. Extremely clean and loved the free continental breakfast with amazing cofee. Wayer temp could have been hotter, but outside of that was very.pleased all around. Quiet and peaceful.

Motel was fine. Updates here and there. Beds comfortable. Fine for one night stay traveling back home. We arrived late and had to ring the bell to get in to check in. It took a while for someone to come. They serve a small breakfast. My family was sleeping in so my husband ran to get us food and brought some back. Said the owner got mad and told him the whole family should wake up and come. It was just paper plates and not that much food so we weren’t sure what the big deal was.
But overall it was fine for our need to just have a place to sleep and a bit of food before moving on.

When we opened the door to the room everything was clean and inviting. There were special touches like shampoo and conditioner provided as well as a coffee maker, fridge and microwave.
In the morning, we enjoyed the breakfast that was provided. There were many choices of beverages-- coffee, other hot drinks and juices, as well as food--waffles, various breads and donuts, cereal, yogurt and fruit.
It was a very great experience!

The staff was friendly, however I got the impression that the owners are pinching pennies. While I completely understand the need to turn a profit, the extent they went to was detrimental to the experience. Noteable examples: the bed not have a fitted sheet, but rather a second flat sheet to protect the mattress (which came up constantly throughout the night); at breakfast the attendant would call people out for using the wrong type of cup (i.e. styrofoam instead of plastic) despite the "correct" one being hidden due to lack of counter space.
All-in-all I expected more for the price, in comparison with others in the area.

A useful place to stay if you are on Route 66 or similar road trip. The town is a working centre for the railroads so there’s little else for the traveller. We had a few check in issues when the reception had no booking for us but luckily had room however the one given had not been made and was as the previous guest had left it but once we got room two we found it was clean and fine for a nights stay. Breakfast was buffet style and lots of choice. Parking in the courtyard was ideal. A few places to get food along the street.
