Not recommended at all. Very bad experience. If you don't want to ruin your holidays, keep looking for another hotel.

Comfortable, clean hotel, spacious rooms, varied breakfast, friendly staff

Strategic hotel location, varied breakfast, clean rooms, will come back here again if there is an event at Bun Base

In the beginning there was a shortage of everything, until my wife wanted to complain and the tide turned All shortcomings were supplemented Even if the breakfast was already cold, it was quickly replenished Only the fitness room leaves much to be desired, but rarely does anyone exercise there The food is tasty and cheap, service is good in case of emergencies All in all a good stay!

Just enough for a business trip

Due to flooding, the hotel was not accessible for transport. Tried to reach the hotel by phone and WhatsUp, no response. Had to book another hotel, got no money back!!!!!

I chose this hotel in part because it has a large pool. It was less than half filled, up to crotch level, which made swimming impossible. There were numerous tiles missing, some of which were on the floor of the pool. When you swim, inevitably some water enters your mouth, which I never thought about before, but I kept thinking: I must brush my teeth -- until I realized that the flavor of the water was like liquefied bad breath. The electricity went out twice the night I was there. The hall carpets smell musty, but at least they help muffle the sounds of the insufferable muzak that they pipe through the hallways. Internet did not work at all in the room, I had to go down to the lobby to use it. On the plus side, the shower was great, and they gave me early check-in.

Representative hotel with good facilities and service. Room was so clean and amenities was complete. Near from Airport is one of benefit from this hotel. Barbeque dinner was so great, thanks for friendly staff and services.

good service, quiet and comfortable hotel for a staycation with business partners and family tours. highly recommended with a very wide environment. The hotel looks well presented and lobby is fine. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in. Room is also clean and presentable. We arrived new years eve and really just wanted somewhere to sleep before heading home after 3 weeks of backpacking. The hotel had a bbq arranged and was only accommodating the people who had pre booked. We found it difficult to get a meal just for us in the restaurant and there was major language barriers. The breakfast was a disaster - no food left and we had to ask for basics such as tea, bread and milk. Not a great experience at all and would not stay here again. It was clear they cannot cope with more than a few people despite the size of the hotel.
