The location is excellent, we arrived almost at 3 am, the key was at the reception, we settled in without any problems. the room has a washing machine, iron, the kettle did not work, but it was replaced. Everything is fine! Thank you

The host was very nice. We took the evening train to Batumi, so we arrived at the hotel before dawn. We were very tired. Fortunately, the host agreed to let us check in early in the morning. He was a very nice host. The room was also very clean and comfortable! Good reviews

It is extremely not recommended to stay in this hotel. The hotel service staff have extremely poor attitudes and make things difficult for guests. The reservation number and reference number presented are said to be in English if they cannot understand it! There is no phone in the room, the room leaks water, the quilt is dirty and damp and cannot be covered, the room is contracted by an individual! The front desk brought a POS machine privately to collect hotel fees for free, and brutally and violently knocked on the door to collect the money! The irresponsible handling at the front desk is unbelievable!

Хороший вариант для остановки на пару дней по соотношению цена-качество. К управляющей компании вопросов нет. Заселение-выселение без проблем, всегда были на связи. К самому комплексу достаточно. Лифтов в часы-пик явно не достаточно, слышимость в номерах сильная. Есть плитка, но нет вытяжки.

no cleaning for the rooms. owner ignored all my calls and texts, he doesn’t speak english room full of dead mosquitoes all over the wall you waiste 1 hour every day waiting for the lift no good value comared to the price

Clean property very conveniently located near the beach and shopping

Mold in the bathroom… crazy neighbors … it could be a bottle of water on arrival so I didn’t have to go grocery right after the trip… but the price is cheap.. I’ve made a mistake to book it.

We had a parking issue it was a big problem, I can not believe that much big property has no parking.

I love my stay here and plus the view was amazing. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and will probably book for myself again. Moreover, i love the breakfast at the nearby restaurant. Everything was great location, room, view and food😊
