Linens were dirty; had to replace them
By default, there are no kitchen utensils or appliances (coffee maker, toaster) - you have to ask for everything
Sink in the toilet was falling off; it was barely hanging. I could not even put a soap bar on it - it would slide off
Breakfast "to go" - muffins and bars; one day there was no muffins. One day there was no coffee in teh breakfast "area"

The recliner in the room stank and there was no chair for the desk.
There were no dishes in the room (it had a kitchenette).
Everything that I used in the room worked.
It was clean and comfortable.

There’s plenty of food options and they’re all within a 10 minute drive. Our room was nice expect both of our sinks and the shower had leaky faucets.

This is the second time I stayed there. It is something wrong with the water. First time no hot water or pressure. This time no hot water had to take a cold shower.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Although the hotel is very dated, the room was very comfortable. It has a full refrigerator and 2 burners for cooking in. You do have to ask for cooking supplies if you want to cook. .There are several restaurants within walking distant as well as a movie theater and shopping available in Pinecrest shopping center. Other restaurants are a short drive away. It is 5 minutes away from Ahuja Hospital.

My wife and I was ask what was the purpose of us staying here.
What the HELL is it anybody's business. We are NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN. And we are going to tell ALL of our friends not to EVER stay here.

The room was clean and had plenty of room. Our only complaint is that the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We did not sleep well and both my husband and I are suffering with back/shoulder pain today. The mattress is less than 6 inches deep and it don't believe there were box springs underneath. Everything else was great. The staff was friendly.
