The room was not clean, the floor unswept found the previous occupants trash under the bed and floor. A bottle of wet cigarette butts in the bathroom under the sink. We did not stay overnight.

It's not well kept at all. The atmosphere is more like an apartment building than a hotel/motel. Unclean!! lots of trash and debri in the room and under the bed(chip bags, juice containers, tissue crumbs,stains running down base of the toiliet. You can see filth upon entry. I understand people live there so maybe they should consider using it just for that and not rent rooms. The only reason I stayed the 1 night is because i caught a lyft with my family and had booked online. Our power was out, I thought because it was beachwood I had nothing to worry about. I had instacart deliver cleaning supplies so i could clean up some of the things myself.

I didn't hate it but there are some things they could've done better, like not having towels in the room, or that there was no bedding for the pull out. Front desk must have not had a good day because she was a little snappy maybe cranky I don't know. đ

I didnât expect luxury but certainly a bit more than it was. Beyond dated. Didnât feel clean. Room smelled of stale smoke as if they have been trying to remedy it for the last several years. Wasnât pleasant. There was no soap in the bathroom. No Kleenex either. Bed was adequate enough for the night. I only stayed as I had no power/heat at home due to the weather. I would not recommend. I did not complain as I had a terrible day and no longer had the capacity to deal with anything or people.

I checked in my room I got switched to another room without notice then once I got another room I walked into that room and it had guest in it when I finally got my room it was a complete downgrade from the room I originally booked!

Customer service at check in was extremely rude. No toilet paper in a âcleanâ room that had burnt food on counters, and 1 towel for a 2 person booked room. Check in was late, but had all day very disappointing. Will NEVER use extended stay again. I was only there 1 night, 11pm- 11am. Oh, states breakfast, but no creamer available for coffee and muffins. Again, very disappointing!
