The entrance to this hotel is not visible from the street. You have to go into an alley. The door is not open and there is a notice on it in Hebrew saying that you must telephone for them to open the door. So if you don't know Hebrew or if your phone does not work in Israel you will not be able to enter the hotel. There is no breakfast available in this hotel. They stopped offering breakfast during COVID and have not started again, although other hotels now offer a full breakfast. I was shown into a room with almost no lighting. I could not read a book by this dim light. Both of the lamps at the two sides of the bed were not working. The receptionist was very badly dressed and not keen to help. He offered me another room, but this time the tap in the bathroom basin was broken. The hotel gives a very low-class impression and the price is absurdly high for what they offer.
