衞生狀況非常差，浴缸洗臉池都是銹跡，水龍頭移位，毛巾發黃都掉線了，地面不乾淨。特別是供水噁心，放水是黃色的，並且熱水龍頭不熱，洗澡時花灑放了半個多小時才有乾淨的熱水！花灑下面還漏水！一天停了三次電，半夜跳閘恢復，房間燈一下全亮了，睡覺都睡不好！定價這麼貴，服務和設施這麼垃圾，就是靠着學校，不然誰來當這冤大頭

房間設施太舊了，浴缸都沒有塞頭，馬桶下面的硅膠密封都壞了，人坐上去馬桶都會抖動，水龍頭都能感覺到年代久遠，房間也比較小

客觀評價：衞生將就，設施一般。環境還行，尤其進出北郵很方便。前台服務很好，但是退房當天下午發現遺落了五包煙和兩小袋茶葉在房間。給前台打電話詢問，被告知待查詢後反饋。等到第二天下午酒店也沒回復。再次打電話詢問，前台告知客房那邊沒有找到。以上和第二天入住的西直門漫心酒店，丟棄的出租車票，退房後也會電話聯繫是否還要形成天壤之別。

設施：老舊，洗手枱手龍頭都是壞的，一開水就噴出來。燈非常暗，沒有經過客人同意擅自改成無障礙房間，還是在尾房，走廊沒什麼光嚇**……房間還特別小，東西很舊，一堆鏡子。前台態度也特別不好……這個價格，沒住過這麼差的酒店

有異味，而且各種設施也不齊全，浴室的花灑根本沒法用，水壓小到洗不了，住店體驗極差，還不如漢庭，全季的價格青年旅館的質量

非常差勁，最離譜的是網絡，wifi也連不上流量也用不了，信號衹有一兩格，體驗感非常非常差。一開始的房間空調還是壞的，明知道空調有問題還讓我們住那個房間，半天發現空調有問題才換房，不嫌麻煩的
