Facilities and breakfast is grameat, big indoor seimming pool, only disadvantage bearby nothing much spot scenery, luckily it ms autumn, maple leave is nice and weather is great

Room is very clean and comfortable. Staff service is very good. It’s very near to the airport and they provide a free shuttle service every 30 minutes. Everything is excellent here, highly recommend!

Best airport hotel ever! Stayed in Radisson due to a late night landing and no train to where I needed to go. And what a great choice. The staff is fantastic, the breakfast in top notch and the amenities are amazing. Positively surprised by the pool and the full gym equipment, with proper machines, weights etc, in a quite spacious setting. The reception accommodated my late checkout request and thanks to that I could squeeze in a couple of hours of work.

Clean and spacious Deluxe room, nice air condition system, automatic light, etc. But service is poor. Nothing is explained for non-chinese tourists. At the reception they just take your passport without "Welcome" or smth like this, do smth without any explanation or friendly look, and give it back with some paper pieces. Without asking you don't even know what it is (it is coupons for supper). In the dining hall there is no navigation. Only if you ask by yourself, chef-lady points at saucepan and says: noodles or dumplings? And nothing further. It appeared, when they prepared noodles (without any meat) or dumplings (with pork), you should come to her again and choose a topping: soup or ONE of four sauces. I tried to get one spoon of two different sauces, and they were like "You can't do that!!". Also, poor English. And in the night there was an alarm clock beeping in the room at 4:45 and 5:00 am. Obviously, one of the previous clients set it, but they didn't reset it. Awful. Shuttle bus from the airport: schedule doesn't work right. They say it goes 5 min after you contact them (via phone or you can ask manager at the airport service desk), but we were waiting 50 mins. Only when one of us called them via phone again, they said "Oh, hm, strange. We will contact the driver." 5 min later, he arrived.

Very modern and sparkling clean. The hotel personnel is very polite and helpful. Great breakfast options. It provides airport shuttle every 30min. Highly recommend.
