Left and right of the hotel looks like nothing much to see or eat but actually it just take 5 minutes walk to a market where there is a market inside it and restaurants. There is a mall 10 minutes away from the hotel. Haidilao is there and some other restaurants too. Clean and new hotel. Wonderful beds.

The front desk brother service is good, I need to order food when I stay in the hotel, but my card is a foreign card can not order food The front desk staff intimately helped me order food and took the initiative to send it to my room with a robot Very good

Nice and comfortable hotel in general. In cold Dec, we enjoyed cozy night at 28C. Gym is well equipped and not crowded. The location is close to city center and high speed train station. They have a robot messenger, more advance than we expected.

Clean hotel with friendly stuff. Melinda answered all my questions.
The nearest subway station is probably around 5 -7 minute walk from hotel.
Compare with hotels in europe this is 4 star Hotel.

We had a nice stay at this hotel and there were plenty of positives: room was nice and spacious, staff were very helpful(especially Vivi and Bishop), free laundry facilities, restaurant food was tasty.
Some of the negatives though were that this hotel is actually quite far from the train station so you will need to take the metro with a few transfers or get a taxi, also we had a really hard time ordering room service to the point that we had to go down to reception to order it.
