如果可以，0.5分都不想給。首先説總服務枱的態度，朋友那天不舒服着急入住休息，她辦理速度慢的驚人。前面有一個大叔人家已經讓我們先辦了服務員卻説讓我稍等。入住後衞生間沒有衞生紙，打總枱態度特別不好。到後來也沒有給送！！朋友不舒服要吸管喝水，總枱服務員説沒有！第二天早上附近葯店沒開門，找不到賣葯的地方。外賣不送。去總枱，總枱竟然沒人！！！從攜程找到電話才出來。態度非常不好。估計是有起床氣了，穿着睡衣就出來了。我問有沒有小葯箱，給我一顆退燒葯！告訴我沒有！！！！！我顛！！！！去了這麼多個城市，住了這麼多次酒店。第一次遇到這種情況！我是欠你的嗎？這就是你們的服務態度嗎？啊啊啊啊啊！我要投訴

房間乾淨整潔，工作人員服務態度好。酒店分A、B兩樓，都可以吃飯，價格合適、味道在北京算不錯。還有個小花園，玉蘭花盛開很漂亮👍

乾淨衞生，父母回來都回選擇住在這，環境不錯，吃飯方便，早餐很豐富，已經住過快10次了，服務也很好，會繼續選擇，由於每次都是父母住，沒有拍照

隔音很差，晚上路上全是大貨車的聲音，關上窗户依然很吵，空調不製冷，晚上完全沒睡好。
環境不錯，房間比較乾淨。
服務一般。
房間沒有冰箱，其中一個床邊沒有床前燈。
10月份的天氣空調不製冷，不知道是否為中央空調。
火鍋還不錯。
