The location is decent . Can easily find eateries within walking distance . 5 mins away in all directions will be able to find food. There is even a 24hrs Cantonese restaurant 10 mins away. The restaurant name is 粤小馆。Receptionist at front desk are mostly without smile and it made me felt unwelcome. Hardly see a smile for the 2 days I am staying with them. As long as you do not engage with them , it will be ok. Booked 2 rooms and the first one smelled of cigarettes when first entered. Got to informed front desk to do one round of cleaning. Were advised to keep windows open for ventilation and for fresh air . Room 2 aircon and fan is not working . Again when asked to open window. But the one panel window can only be opened slightly. In the end , requested for a standing fan as the room was too stuffy. Bedding is nice. Slept well with the windows open. Don’t think can stay in window when the fan n the heater is not working. Equipped with a nice laundry and gym room. Will not repeat stay if visiting Beijing again

This hotel is very new. The room was super clean and well decorated. The people at the front desk were always willing to help. The location is also very convenient. Close to the Liangna River, Solana Mall, and not far from city center! There is no window, but there is a beautiful display that resembles outside.

This hotel was only opened last year so everything still looks new. The facilities is basic but room is clean. The hotel has 3 washing machines and 3 dryers which you can use for free. The TV in your room actually shows the usage status of each machine, it is very convenient as you can easily see if a machine is available for use.

Our check-in experience was frustratingly slow, keeping us waiting for almost an hour. To make matters worse, several groups who arrived after us were given rooms before we were. When we finally inquired, we were appalled to learn that our documents hadn't even been processed, and they only bothered to do so when the lobby cleared. It seems evident that the longer processing time for foreigners' documents meant our critical check-in was unjustly delayed in favor of Chinese guests.
