At eleven o'clock in the middle of the night, I couldn't figure out whether I was here to stay in the hotel or to argue. I requested a reply and processing afterwards, without any feedback and apology except for another call at 11:30 pm to confirm whether I needed to turn down the bed until I left the store. Even All Seasons and Atour will at least express their apologies again when they leave the store when they encounter customer complaints. And here, there’s not even a basic record and follow-up. Soundproofing is very bad very bad very bad, living on the 6th floor, downstairs is an outdoor venue, more than 8 am was woken up by screaming children and busy moving things staff, window soundproofing effect is almost no, loud and open the window to sleep no difference, light sleep people miserable. The room is spacious, the bed is quite comfortable to sleep on, the smart home is equipped more perfectly. Very close to the metro station, very convenient to Universal Studios. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the restaurant staff has a good attitude.

Overall, it's pretty good. The staff are quite welcoming and it's very close to the subway station, so it's very convenient to get to the city. If you're going to Universal Studios the next day, it's a good place to stay.
