An incredibly satisfying stay that exceeded all my expectations! The facilities were complete and impeccably clean, and the service was absolutely top-notch! Every front desk staff member was patient, meticulous, professional, and enthusiastic ❤️. Plus, there were welcome fruits 🍉 and a lavish breakfast! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I have a layover at the airport!

Whenever I have a layover, I choose this hotel. The service is excellent, and the airport shuttle is very convenient. I had a great rest, and the decor and cleanliness deserve five stars. There are also unique animals in the courtyard that attract visitors.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Everything from check-in to the airport shuttle and room facilities offers great value for money. It's definitely worth coming back to. The airport shuttle cars were all excellent and very clean, unlike the shabby and dirty ones I've experienced at other hotels. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out – just some tissues and an eye mask, but it really showed the hotel's thoughtfulness.

Yesterday, Beijing experienced a heavy downpour, and the ride-sharing car my family and I were in got a flat tire due to flooded roads, leaving us stranded in the middle of the street and unable to return to the hotel. It just so happened that her family was picking her up from work, and after learning about our situation, she proactively helped coordinate and drove us all back to the hotel entrance, politely refusing any compensation. For us, who were in such a difficult predicament at the time, her help was incredibly valuable and left us feeling incredibly touched. This small incident truly made me appreciate the staff's sense of responsibility and kindness, and it left me with an excellent impression of the hotel's service philosophy and management. To be able to cultivate such sincere, professional, and helpful employees, I believe this hotel is truly worthy of guests' trust. If I ever return to Beijing in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here again. I wish the hotel all the best and continued success to every staff member.
